My brother is obsessed with scallion pancakes and introduced me to them. This video is taking that taste up a notch by culinarily MAKING the pancakes from scratch! Thanks, Dumpling Sisters! I always love your light-hearted, fun, peaceful, videos all with great cooking tips and skills!

Just made a few and they were YUM.YUM.YUMMY. I changed up the ingredients I used caramelized onions and added poppy seeds to the dough. When frying, I couldn't get a crisp as pancake without rolling the edges real thin. You gals have helped me make fried dough taste great. Thanks
