Love the Mary K Dowling Winter Wheat!!!! We picked up a bottle at KYBF and immediately fell in love with in from the tasting! Excellent finds for you all it looks!!! The wife and I have to live via yall with the allocated finds since we are in the good ole state of NC. Can't wait for the next one, yall are doing amazing work as always!!!
Appreciate the shout out. I got all the ancient ancient age 10 star I need this week. Got a 1.75 l in a plastic bottle. Larceny C924 is great. Nice pickups. 🥃
It was a pleasure to meet the two of you at D&D for the Jepson barrel pick. I like wheated bourbons, so I will have to look for the Mary K Dowling. Had a taste of the Hogsworth and it’s on my list to pickup. Let me know if you make it to Sobourbon. Cheers!
Beam has an extra aged that just hit Walmart but there was only one and I bought it. There wasn’t a price label on the shelf and it was in the 7 year row. It was $28 and it’s an 8 year. Seen it elsewhere but Binnys doesn’t have it. Glad your release is selling out!
So many bottles in here I would love to have, but my budget is definitely holding me back. Picked up the Lost Recipe, haven’t opened it. Curious about the Sagamore Stout, bc much to my surprise, I liked the stout finished ASMs. (Though I could also see how a malt would go better with stout influence). Hoping to get beam winter, jeppsons maple, and sagamore double Oaked for this nice fall weather. Coy Hill at MSRP was incredible, nice going. Good luck, cheers!
Where did you guys see the wild turkey 70th anniversary bottle. I’ve been looking for it my binnys only got two cases and they went fast. Love the content.
The Mary Dowling wheat at my abc store (I’m in NC) they have the cask strength I passed because it was 130$ but to hear yall talk about it I might get one. What do you think would it be worth that?
$130 seems pretty consistent pricing for the red label. We got ours for $80-90, which probably influences why we love it so much. It's arguably the most buzzworthy label since McKenna 10, but in my opinion, it definitely delivers.
We'll have more information soon, but it will basically be an online bottle shop that will ship directly to your home. There's only 4 states that they don't ship to, and Idaho is not one of those 4.
@@BondingOverBourbon I am in Manitoba Canada our selciton is horrible at best. South in North Dakota they got the core lineup just recently. I have the double oak and i think it is awesome. I would like to try the sherry, rum, manhattan etc finishes
@@brianknott9329 Has nothing to do with hate. Just pointing out the obvious when they pull out 24 bottles obtained in a single month after admitting they did something similar the previous month. Unless you're independently wealthy that's a burn rate vast majority of people can't maintain. I know, been there done that.
I find it funny to hear whiskey tubers talk about relationships, treating people with respect, and therefore they get access to allocated whiskey. Lets be honest I'm sure the fact that you have a youtube channel, possibly even calling ahead or emailing these stores that you want to do a video, giving the store publicity has something to do with you getting access to allocated whiskey. The fact that some stores would rather give access to allocated whiskey to random whiskey tube channels rather than folks local to their community their regular patrons is laughable and shows flaw in what you're saying regardless of how you treat people. No hate here I have every unicorn I could ever want including multiple 2021 Coy Hills. Just sad for others that cant even sniff allocated bottles, cant afford to pay the ridiculous secondary prices or have "built relationships with stores" and spent hundreds or thousands at stores only to get access to one or two unicorns or allocated bottles.
You are incredibly off base and couldn't be any more wrong. We don't really get any breaks or special access to anything at the stores we film at other than to get into display cases solely for the purpose of filming. We have never been offered anything allocated from a store that we've filmed at, and when offered a handout, we insist on paying and will outright say that we don't want special treatment. We are people with integrity and character who simply want to make content and help this community find things that they're looking for. We choose Mom & Pop stores because they're more satisfying to find hidden gems in. With the exception of one store we're about to film in this week, we don't ever call ahead before we film. We drop in and check out the store. If we think it would film well, then ask if we can on the spot. On top of that, we don't take payment, we don't charge for content, and we pay for all our own bottles. We've passed on more allocated bottles than we've picked up in stores we've filmed at. The only stores we get allocated bottles from don't want to be on RUclips and we had a relationship with them before we started this channel. Please take your negativity to Reddit and the dark corners of the internet where it belongs. If you don't like our content, don't watch it. But don't ever judge us using your own character.
@@BondingOverBourbon I mentioned whiskey tubers in general and what you said in your video about relationships and how you treat people. In your video you decided to add that comment about relationships and how to treat people right after you pull out a 2024 Coy Hill.... My point is that doing those things doesn't always mean you will secure allocated whiskey, so it would be nice for you to be transparent and to hear the other side of it from "whiskey tubers" such as yourself. I'll just say if the shoe fits wear it. The truth hurts sometimes I understand. Idk how you can you say, "don't get special access to anything at the stores you film at"? You just said in your video that you got access to a BT pick that no one knows about and is rarely offered... I also never said anything about getting a handout, receiving payment for store videos, or not paying for bottles either... Do what you think you have to do to create your content and secure allocated whiskey; and best of luck to you whether that be calling, emailing ahead, or filming on spot. I'm sure you have been offered special treatment because of your yt channel and the fact that you're filming, ^^ you just said it yourself. Love the channel. Keep doing ya thing
Thanks so much for watching 🙏
Glad you love the Forest & Fable! Your pick is amazing, absolutely crushable!
Thanks again, Mary! We're very lucky to have you as a follower.

So jealous! Ancient Age 10 star is my favorite 😍
We’re intrigued by that Jim Beam Winter Reserve. 👑🥃
We'll have to give you a taste once it's open
As always, a great month. Congratulations on the coy hill find! I look forward for the stagg 24a vs 24b blind.
Thanks CJ! Have you tried our new pick yet?
@ I have not! Bring some tomorrow so I can try it?
Coy Hill, love it. Very good lineup this month. Hope to visit soon.
Thanks, Tom! Let's link up soon about your trip down here.
Im intrigued about the store. Love to get some regional specific items like. Maybe even some dragons milk...i can dream
We'll keep updating as we get new items

That's nuts! What a nice, unsuspecting find at a Walmart.

Thanks for watching! We found it at Mariano's out in the burbs
Mariano’s and apparently Jewel-Osco are getting them as well now, and it’s cheaper at both.
Try a Deadwood with the MM
I'll have to try that. Thanks!
great video! ok, so where did you get an XO 1/4 zip? I need that haha.
They don't sell it yet. Dixon Dedman himself sent it to me 😁
Nice Haul!! What proof is your Coy Hill?
125.9 proof, but it drinks even lower than that. Maybe closer to 110.
Very nice!! I just found one at 128 proof and I have yet to open it. It’s nice to hear how much you are enjoying yours.
You have more self-control than we do 😅
I still haven’t seen or heard of the Coy Hill near me at all 🤪
That's a bummer! It's some seriously great juice. Hopefully you can at least find it at a bar before it's gone.
Lighting is bad as you place bottles on the bar, labels are dark and hard to read.
Thanks for the feedback. I'll try to fix this for the next video

@@BondingOverBourbon Hopefully prices close to MSRP.
@henryhickey8330 pretty close! Some are lower, and the highly allocated items with be pretty high so we didn't bother to include them.
can you ship me all the different Sagamore's Lol
😆 they make pretty good stuff. Do you not get them in your market?

When you run up thousands of credit card debt for your RUclips channel.
We've probably spent more money on equipment than we've spent on anything else 😅
