Already have lol
👍
Everyday
I do it everyday here in England.
I was hoping for jaguar racing green on the Bugatti but Jolene picked a beautiful color for her car ! Thumbs-up Jolene 👍 and 👍 Chad !
Any color you put on it will be amazing ,provided Jolene likes it! I think it is a tribute to your passion ,both for her and your craft, that you are building her this very cool ride. Thank you brother! Keep up the great work and living the dream.
Just thought of something BC, make sure your bleeder is on top when you mount the calipers if you put them on the front of the rotor Otherwise you wont be able to bleed them, bleeder always needs to be facing up so the air rises to that highest point.
Had to make sure to do this when I made a custom big brake conversion on my Vanagon, using Audi calipers.
There are workarounds.. just bleed them off the rotor then flip them around and install them.
Big Mike is right
What a great color! That’s going to look awesome on the car. Can’t believe how fast you get stuff done. Thank you Chad and Jolene for sharing! I’m grateful
Front caliper placement is most generally opposite the steering arm: front steer has rear caliper and rear steer has front caliper...usually. IMO, steering geometry gets precidence over caliper placement. So the rule would be always opposite the steering arm . 👍🏻 You should be good to go .
Absolutely.
will be good to see the different methods of spraying different paints and cant wait to see what colour jolene has picked out for her bugatti thanks chad and jolene
Me too, picking a color is a big job.
I’m just hoping he does something nice that will be on par with the design of the car. The Bugatti doesn’t need a show car pearl candy metal flake etc, but I do think it’s good enough for at least a nice color metallic basecoat clearcoat.

I especially like how well you ND Jolene work together . I think that's so cool..
What a great project!
You’re a very talented fabricator and I’ve learned so much just watching your videos. Thanks so much for sharing your build with us.
Love the color. Beautiful job.
Love your channel.
Who else is sharing chad’s channel?? Besides me?.
Thank you guys, watching you work in this live format is a privilege and a priceless way to learn.
What a great color jolene picked out everything’s going to match perfectly 👍
I think the white looks great on the wheels, and would make an excellent accent color on the body as a two tone dark blue/off white paint job.
Regardless of my paint preference, Chad and Jolene, are a great team and are building a fantastic car. The end result is for her and it’s her choice. I’m so glad that they have invited us all along for the ride.
Thanks a million 👍🏻
Two quick wheel painting tricks, 1. Shove index cards under the lip and overlap as needed instead of taping. 2. Use vaseline or armor all on the tires then paint and wipe off gel after paint dries. Cards is my fav! Try it once and you'll never tape another. Keep up the amazing work Chad! Amazing job on that car, so incredibly tasteful.... and perfect color Jolene!!
Coming together nicely. I love how you can do so much with basic tools. Amazing talent !
I hate working on caars but i did once upon a time as a teenager cut off the top of a Bedford van with my dad with a drill and lots of discs raise it 24 inches Frankenstein's campervan was born, we travelled the length and breadth of the Uk, modifying due to condensation, shir motor..bla bla...makes me proud of my dad.
Your free spirit is inspirastional like fresh mint out of the garden
Never miss an episode of the Chad and Jolene show. Ultimate entertainment. Love it.
ITS GOING TO LOOK GOOOOD. Thanks for SHARING YOUR ALL'S work.
Great color!!! Very vintage!! I have been waiting for you to get back to work on this car!! This is super cool! Bugatti's 57 Atlantic's are one of my two favorite cars! None of us can afford one so a replica done to your high standards is something I strive for!
Well they are all hand built car's none of them are exactly the same, I get what you mean Chad and Jolene car is by far way better than how they built them in the 1930s-40s jag engine power steering power brakes hers car is going to be fast that big engine in that light weight car.
Great color. The Bugatti has been sitting in primer for so long that a darker color wouldn’t seem right. Just seeing the initial spray on the rims really shows which direction this car is going. Ostrich interior, walnut dash, air ride, hand built tribute to a multimillion dollar piece of rolling art. Wow. Been a fan for a long time. Just keeps getting better!!!!
I agree that the color is outstanding. Truly beautiful, especially with the interior color you describe. It will perfectly create the spirit of the era your Bugatti was inspired by. Many old Auburn Speedsters (high end luxury sports cars of the 1930's) were painted a similar color. I can't think of a more perfect hue. Great Choice!
Can’t wait for the body to be painted. Time and patience. Small things make the job look great!!
The Chad and Jolene dream machine we're almost there . Good luck to the winner of the first key ring. She's really going to pop a few eyes .
Can't wait to see this car when she's all said and done. I can't imagine how you both must feel especially Jolene she's been waiting for a while and lets face it, its her dream car right. Its going to look fabulous. When its done...So far its looks amazing and its not even painted yet.
Those wheels are going to be marvelous. You go Jolene. Another great episode.
I think you are remarkable in that you can have so many projects in your mind all at once. You are a craftsman that is for certain.
I'm looking foreword to seeing the paint colour, then I can proceed a bit more with my artwork, I have promised Jolene and Chad a painting as a wedding present.
How very thoughtful Bob. I bet you are a good artist. If I was to paint a picture for them I’m sure they would think it was a joke. I can barely draw a stick man. I’ve always been impressed by people with artistic talent. Same thing with people that can sing.
PERFECT color choice for this remarkable piece of automobile artwork!
Good job Chad and Jolene you guys do excellent work and I like the colour👍
With all the subscribers and views these videos receive, is there not a company that can supply/support this incredibly talented and artistic couple with the proper ventilation for a paint both??? I don't mean a new booth or change the shop because there is a special comfort to his shop that cant be matched. Love The Channel/content , my hats off to all involved!!!
I like how you explain so well. I have a 6 year old great nephew that visits 2 weeks at a time. And your channel is one that I watch regularly. But I never thought a kid so young take an interest in a video that wasn't a cartoon are power rangers. I was flipping threw RUclips and I stopped for a few seconds on one of your videos. I watch it just enough to see what you were doing and decided I will come back after he was a sleep. But no that didn't happen. The second I started surfing again he goes I wanted to se how was doing that. Which was the metal bending. Just thought you might like to know that the step by step explanation is good. Thank you for sharing your videos with us. When he come to stay we do a marathon of you and Heavy D.
Another reveal. The Facebook videos were also very good Jolene. Thanks Chad and Jolene for the hard work yesterday and the night before too.
Good evening jolene and chad hope all is well with you and your family and we are getting lots of rain on this side of the island also thank you for sharing your knowledge and information and congratulations to all the winners also it would be amazing to win one of these key chains with all the work that went into making them also the colour you picked is so beautiful
Wow that’s going to look Amazing on the car especially with the interior wood
I absolutely think this was the perfect color choice. It will make all of the wood accents really pop. Very classy car.
That antique white is gonna be beautiful on Jolene's Bugatti
Hi mi from the United kingdom,, I love the paintwork ,,I'm a sprayer when I spray wheels I put them on what we call , a turn table ,a square piece of wood with a pole bolted on the reverse then attached to a tripod ,allowing the wheels to spin around instead of walking around the wheel ,more control , it's just my thought Barrie Evans
Love the color of the wheels it looks great. Thanks Mark Dutka Oakville Ontario Canada.
This should be quite interesting. Best on RUclips. Keep up the good work team Hiltz!
Thank you for your time and your knowledge to take time and teach everyone
That Color Will Make The Black Chassis Pop!! ... Excellent Choice Jolene!
Brad - by using clear coat hardener you are reducing your window to put each coat on. Single stage paint takes forever to dry, days and days - it's drying time is like spray bombs. But BC CC system clear coat is dry and hard in a few hours. You can cut and buff it the same day if you're brave. I understand your logic to use it - it's much quicker, but it must make the window to put each coat on very narrow, not like a spray bomb. Spray bombs I would leave for hours. BC CC you have a few minutes window to work in. Maybe being a hybrid it's not as critical but I would imagine the hardener system rather than the colour vehicle is the important factor in the drying time.
I Am a Big fan of single stage poly painted 5 cars with it myself looked great fire engine red
I really like the color choice, it's going to look classy!
you guys should keep a eye out at Flea Markets and Yard Sales for used HandiCapped Shower chairs one of those could make a temporary mock up seat for a car the legs are designed to be adjusted quickly and independently of each other so you could easily change them for any floor Pan to still keep the seat level
I didn't think that color would look good.. but jolene picked a nice color... looks great.. keep up the great work.. I'm happy with what you too are doing...
The Badgatti is going to be bad ass moving forward each and every day can't wait to see the end results. Thanks for the channel you two .Whoop Whoop ......

The 40 Sedan will make an awesome 3 window coupe, I'm actually pretty excited to see the beginning of this one. Nice color choice Jolene. Your car will be one sweet ride for the sweet young lady.
Have any of you used playing cards or index cards tucked into the gap between the tire and rim when painting, then you use paper or plastic or whatever to cover the sidewalls. Great job Chad!
That color on the wheels looks great. It will contrast well with all the black.
