Good for you, Justin. It's amazing progress in a short amount of time. Never apologise for being on a boat, but you do need to buy your own 😂

Ironic…. I’m clearing down some other interests to put funds in commercial property.
And maybe a little sailing trip 😊

    Great video mate.
It would be fantastic if growth (and life for that matter,) was linear, but it isn’t. It comes in peaks and troughs.
If you keep focussed on the goal however, and keep moving forward, then your destination is guaranteed.

Love this. Very true! Progress definitely fluctuates, so sticking to a goal helps!

I really want to start properties investing but i am really scared as i know nothing about it. Seems so many headaches during the process.

Nothing worth having comes easy - cliche saying, but it’s often true in life. Property can be very challenging and stressful at times, but it’s worthwhile overall!

Now isnt the right to go all in. Interest rates are stupidly high, and in most areas prices have barely dropped, also due to the property shortage. We are still so far off from getting back to how things were

I disagree, I have seen some amazing deals go recently. You just have to know which areas to buy in and do your homework.

@@simonfisher836Disagree, even the garbage houses here arent being discounted due to lack of supply, also no one is selling, meaning even more scarcity on top for buyers, not leaving much options

The game has changed due to lack of supply. Two years ago you could buy a £100k house, a real horrible house. These days, that same house is being put on the market for £130k, and the only people buying it, are investors that can source cheap materials, and do most of the labour themselves. Gone are the days you could buy a horrible house as an average person, sink in 40k refurb and then expect to make £40k back. You're breaking even these days@@simonfisher836

It's basically a case of ''Break even, or go rent instead'' for most people now. High interest rates and lack of supply mate@@simonfisher836
