    As much as I love certain multiplayer games, it is always sad when the meta-games gets so narrow that everyone always uses the same things no matter what, stagnating strategies because if you don't use the meta-counter strategies you instantly lose.
    Pokemon luckily has enough variety that weird team combos like this can keep people on their toes.
    It's more fun to face a genuine challenge and have to think on the fly then just "the statistically best team to run."
    Love this approach, get weird with it.

    I can see the weakness of this team comp is that you usually only have 2 offensive Pokémon and 2 support so if you lose one of your offensive mons to an unlucky crit you can get massively set back right out the gate.

    Big root is actually really good for sinestcha, it gets strength sap along with matcha gotcha, which are both boosted by it. At least that’s the set I use for it.

    • @parasectsandwich
      @parasectsandwich Год назад +18

      I think Sitrus Berry might better in most cases (i.e., as long as it activates) because Big Root requires committing to a move (Matcha/Sap) while being damaged to get the value.

    • @Cirdec444

    Snorlax should get a signature ability that it is immune to sleep paralysis and when it does it gets a random stat boost, honestly I don't know how game freak hasn't thought of this already because Snorlax's design is based around sleep. I expect my paycheck by Monday game freak.

    Ogrepon: THE definition of cute & powerful in it's _STAB_ that can be 1/4 types & high crit rate, combine that with Focus Energy/Swords Dance or both & you get one powerful Pokemon that can sweep unsuspecting teams.

    A half hour into the video, and I feel it became less about snorlax, and more about how kommo-o sits on the flutter mane infestation. Honestly, i find the most meta pokemon out there getting rekt a lot more entertaining, but it's nice to see snorlax make his return as a belly drum sweeper.
