Truly sickens me that they don't care. Wish they got what was coming to them and one day they will tenfold and no one will bat an eye but they'll just play the victim. This is why I'm buying from the secondary market.

Your aftermath video almost a year ago was the reason I got back into magic. Not because they sent people but because I started looking at upcoming sets and saw a lord of the rings thing coming and decided to stay in the know.
Made many good memories this last year and I think I’m back to like it was in 1994-2002 when I used to play. So thank you for dealing with those thugs, as terrible as it was for you, I wouldn’t have come back and remembered how much I love the game. I don’t like Cocks though at all.

I actually started watching your channel because of the Pinkerton situation, now it's one of my favourite coffee break things to watch. The way they handled the situation with you is also the reason why I never bought, and will never buy, any Aftermath packs. I didn't plan to get much because I don't think it's a good product (it's not a bad set, but Epilogue Boosters seem kinda disappointing), but at this time it seemed kinda wrong to skip the whole set. This situation made me realize that it's actually very ok to skip the set I don't like, because I don't owe anything to the company that has no regard for their supporters and customers.
Well said, unfortunately it looks like starting with Assassins Creed all of the crossover sets will be epilogue boosters. They never learn from their mistakes.

I think it was more the pricing for the amount of cards. Like it is now 40 bucks and people still don’t see the point in getting it with there’s like 1-2 singles worth it

Not yet, we have a lot of sorting and inventorying to finish but expect to have it up and running sometime before the end of the year.
I am thinking sceptically about TCGs for quite a while now but I still continued playing MTG .. But now I am done with Magic as well. Power creep annoyed me for some time now but the way they treat people who are actually supporting them is disgusting. You did nothing wrong and therefore didn't deserve to be treated like a criminal by those greedy scumbags.
They are an awful company who owns a great game. The new Star Wars Unlimited is also a great game and not owned by WOTC you should check that one out. I've been doing box openings on here.

I mean no disrespect, but when the Pinkerton agents knocked on your door, why did you open it? Just because someone knocks on your door, it doesn't mean you have to answer it. Also, when they got aggressive, why not close the door? If they continued to knock, you could have called the police. You are under no obligation to talk to Pinkerton agents or even the police for that matter.
Call the police but not speak to them? I’m pretty sure you’d be calling them to help deal with the pinkertons…that made no sense.
@@Crankinthe90s What about that made no sense? You do not have to speak to anyone you do not want to speak with. If the Pinkertons show up at your door and you tell them to leave, but they don't leave, you can call 911 and report them for trespassing.

@@Crankinthe90s I didn't say that. The Pinkertons wanted to question him about suspected theft of a box of cards. He did not have to speak to them or answer any of their questions. If the police wanted to question him about suspected theft of a box of cards, he did not have to speak to them either.

Yeah man, billion dollar company vs one guy who just built a store and didn’t want to have spent all that money buying and building the store to not be able to sell magic cards in there.
It’s really easy to be in your position, which is the outside, and talk shit and shame somebody for not wanting to deal with the litigation and years and years of paying for a lawyer over a relatively small issue. Hasbro has infinite money, and infinite lawyers, they’d have ran oldschool into the ground with paperwork and motions and delaying the court date for 3-5 years. And then when they finally make it to the day of court they’d sue back for jurisdiction because their company isn’t in Florida and it would delay the case another 6-12 months as they argued over jurisdiction.
If you were in the exact same situation, you also wouldn’t be suing. You’d be doing the same exact thing, which is, continue on as normal.
