Meowscarada does't get a move until level 6 because floragato doesn't learn flower trick in the main game. to fix this they could make it learn double team or trailblaze at level 5 and evolve and get the other moves at level 6 since Meowscarada is so reliant on both of it's moves or just make the final evolution happen at level 5 and get flower trick or night slash which would be kinda weird
If that's the case then braxien should also get fire spin/flame charge at lvl 5 and so should cinder and deciduye since greninja already has the lvl 5 moves.

Meowscarada, on the other hand, needs buffs literally. Night Slash is not bad at all but it's too close for someone squishy as a Speedster and Flower Trick is slow and doesn't the damage that the Speedsters normally do with how slow the combo is and you also get stunned as well. The Unite move is actually better with the positioning tbh. So, overall, she is mid. Maybe people should try it more but the thing is that, its still not like release Leafeon at all.
I’ve only ever seen one enemy Meowscarada actually do something It was Overlord with a Comfey (and I believe Retsu was on the enemy team as well), and even then the game was close. That should tell you everything
That was probably the most painful popoff game I’ve seen Cris play. He was killing it, but it just seemed like an immense struggle even with a Comfey. At the very least Meow needs its first move at lvl 5. I don’t understand in this day and age designing a speedster that’s slow.
The reason it doenst get it’s move at five is because one of its first moves is Flower Trick, which Meowscarada can learn, not Floragato However, they could absolutely just make Double Team/Trailblaze Floragato’s first move and have it be at level 5

Interesting that Meow feels like it lacks damage, lookinng at flower trick's damage numbers (powered version is 203%+24*Lv+592 and 15% missing hp) it seems like it should be pretty good, especially for a point and click move. Guess it takes too long to get out for how little hp you have and the healing isn't making up for it enough
Maybe it would be a bit safer to double team IN with your copy retreating so you can place the flower trick, switch out to boost it with the double team pop, then detonate it from a safe distance?
Honestly I wouldn’t make Meowscarada do more damage the way I’d change it is buffing the distance on both its level 7 moves to make it a b it faster and potentially increase its bulk but that feels strange to its original game version so maybe just the distance buff.
Would be cool if flower trick instantly detonated after being empowered, that way you could do more speedster-like rotations (flower trick> run towards the enemy while double teaming to the opposite side>boosted> switch and run away)
I’ve been trying out Trailblaze and Flower Trick together with Attack Weight. Flower bomb them, jump in, attack a few times, flower bomb, then jump out. If you can survive the engage, of course. Definitely needs more damage.
I’ve been playing a lot of Meowscarada. Personally, Flower Trick is too slow. I’ve been going Night Slash and Trailblaze. I’ve been going mid and it’s been good because even if I’m level 5, I’m so close to lvl 6 that I end up doing a lot of work. Definitely needs buffs but learning how to make him work has been pretty fun personally. Meowscarada definitely needs more damage and I feel like the Unite should make you unstoppable. Flower Trick should reset even if it wasn’t the last hit for the kill and you shouldn’t be able to dodge it (if a Pokémon uses a dash at the same time Flower Trick misses)
I understand why you wod want the ult to be unstoppable but wouldnt that remove the eject button tech? since it negates any and all change to your movement including movement speed increases and such youwouldnt be able to catch the enemy ofd guard if they just barely get out of the ult. Unless you could eject into the enemy again after they think they are safe
Flower trick does more damage the longer you leave the bomb on. It’s a run in attack, drop bomb and get out, detonate from distance. Combo double team or trailblaze to get in and out to drop the bomb
Did you know that the explosión from flower Trick can be evaded with eject and other dashes? I have seen ppl even evading it with plain movement speed 😂, i hope its a bug and not a "weakness"
@@CrisHeroesthere is also a bug on which ,you put a bomb on a wild pokemon and if the said pokemon is killled while the animation still plays , then the bomb will not register that the pokemon died , same thing can happen with greninja clones
the bomb just doesnt reset on wild pokemon thats it (im not sure if clones are counted as wild pokenon but its not really a kill regardless so it honestly shouldnt count anyway)

I’ve had murliple 100k dmg games with Meowscarada. The thing is that everyone wants to play flower trick and double team when the easier moveset for damage is shadow claw and trailblaze. The second moveset has you play more like a speedster in which you jump on squishies and delete them quickly
So i feel like if you dont especially focus on activating his passive (at half hp he gets massive life regen and power on his moves and autos and then goes on cd) that will entirely determine your experience with it. You need specifically night slash trailblaze and you need razor claw, muscle band, and, i know this seems counter intuitive at first but Weakness policy. Its absolutely vital to being able to survive long enough in a fight to activate passive and go nuts plus weakness policy stacks are nuts combined. This is more of a brawly build for meowscarada but it makes a huge difference. I consistantly do around at least 10+ kills or around that and i dont have any comfey or support. You should be able to shred and regen health fast with Trailblaze, the passive active, and the Night slash crit mark on them. If you do not focus on hitting half health and leaning on the super stim passive, its not even viable imo. But if you do, its actually decent.
I like the idea that speedsters have enough damage to assassinate squishy attackers/other speedsters but don’t really do that much when it comes to tanks. It’ll force the team to balance a little bc they’ll need attackers to output the damage they need to kill tanks. It’d be cool to see formula nerfs for the speedsters that are currently doing insane amounts of damage to defenders.
Dont think it needs a buff as bad as ppl say, but ill gladly take it if they happen. Strongest build imo: double team/flower, charging charm/float/razor. Play around your copy and jump in with massive dmg, flower execute dmg is key here
I find alot more value when I play flowertrick and trailblaze. Held items I put choice scarf, focus band and aoes cookie. So I play like first I use flower trick, then I use trail blaze to jump in and start doing damage. Trailblaze will increase movement speed and basic attack speed and which choice scarf it doubles and then press flower trick u will get alot of damage. This is the only play it works for me. Focus band and aoes cookie I kept for endurance
Been trying out the night slash/trailblazer build with scope lens/Aeos cookie and razor claw. The cookie felt like it was enough of a boost to turn into an all rounder that just crits everytime. It’s not amazing, but this is how it felt the best for me.
I think if the worst move on mewscarada is double team , like I've played flower trick with tailblaze and its so much better ,while it does suck that tailblaze doesn't give you movement speed , but in the same time double team just lacks the burst damage of trailblazer , not to mention that tailblaze does reset and you kill an enemy even if it died of flower trick His ult its really awkward , like its good on securing objectives but that's about it , , it's really bad against opponents though , like they can just run out it , it really should have something like a slowiong effect , or have an effect that disactivate movement abilities
Seems like Floral Trick might be good for deleting enemies who are below 50% HP. It seemed consistent vs. that Venusaur. Maybe just not as great as an opening move-- and maybe this is the weird thing, because speedsters should normally excel in 1v1, due to high burst, low HP-- in a team fight a speedster might get deleted if they jump into multiple enemies, and they have to pick their entrance carefully... But then again, Meowscarada's unite move seems to be REALLY good at taking out a cluster of enemies? Hmm... Well, either way I'm commenting on an old video... Probably no point discussing this.
Honestly feels like Double Team/Trailblaze should be learned at level 5 with Sprigatito's first evolution, then Flower Trick/Nightslash at 7 with the final evolution. Not sure why they went the 6/7 level upgrades with the utility move upgrading later.
My main issue is that it doesn't have a traditional boosted attack. Having an attack speed stim without being able to spam boosted attacks quicker just makes 0 sense to me.

At the very least Meow has a lot of potential. I love the mobility they seem to have and it seems more skill based than a lot of Timi's usual releases. I agree on the damage though. If a speedster can't even reliably take down a pokemon solo then they're going to get instantly massacred in a team fight. But hey, on the bright side, you can only go up from here.
THIS IS WHY BLAZIKEN SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN A SPEEDSTER!!!! So many people on Blaziken's release said "I wish it was a speedster tho!" just because it's design looks like it moves and attacks really fast. But with how the character was designed, making in squishy would've been a TERRIBLE idea! Meowscarada right now feels very confused thinking it's an all-rounder, but in reality it's a speedster? I think a way to go about it is to have Flower Trick Double Team be a more traditional speedster build, where as Night Slash Trailblaze should be kinda all-rounderish. I did something similar for Blaziken on release, but I'm gonna spitball how I'd buff it, despite being too poor to play it on release. Flower Trick: Like 5-10% more damage on the non charged explosion and 5% or less on the charged explosion, as well as a bit more range so the start up animation doesn't leave you so vulnerable. Double Team: Increase the max range by about 30-50%. Night Slash: If the move hits an enemy, it increases defenses by about 50% for 5 seconds, diminishing by 10% every second. Don't worry, I did the math, 50% more defense puts it at a low end level for an all-rounder, and for it to diminish every second decreases that even further. It makes you maybe sorta tankyish for a speedster when you go in, but quickly going back to being squishy as you fight. Trailblaze: This buff should only happen if the Night Slash buff doesn't. It gives a shield on level 7, albeit smaller than the one on level 13. The level 13 shield is now like 2% max hp bigger. Stats: HP 3100-6300 --> 3250-6600. Defense 50-290 --> 60-300 (same as Zeraora). Sp def 40-200 --> 45-210.
It think u got that much dmg cuz you're able to do a lot of basic attack at point blank range without dying... It needs some buffs...but not like dragapult or m2
I feel like Meowscarada's TTK is too long. It takes other speedsters and even Attackers like Cinderace half the time to kill a target. And it struggles to engage into teamfights without getting nuked into orbit with its wet paper defenses. For example whenever I play an attacker or squishy support I'm like "oh look it's Meowscrada" vs "OH SH!T ITS(insert speedster here)!!!!! It's doesn't feel very threatening compared to other assassins. Not that I'm complaining, an underpowered release is better than an op one.
Doesn't damage technically not count how well the pokemon is depending on enemy comp and your team mates, if you win five games in a row, similar kills and damage then you will know more info, also would be nice if didn't move in a straight line using ulti you could choose direction
Y’all know that in the main series flower trick is a guaranteed critical hit, and can’t miss… While Urshifu Surging Strikes/Wicked Blow are the same besides the cannot miss I’m scared of a buff, otherwise I’d say yes because Mimikyu play rough was bad but got overtuned, and I don’t want all new chars to start off not as strong and become insane after a patch(Blaziken can be debatable but ykwim)
With comfey or blissey, it goes pretty hard. But as a solo adc it still pales incomparison to the current overbuffed meta...so i think its release is good and balanced, its just currently overshadowed
I wouldn't cause i have played 15 matches and won 10 of them and each match damage was above 75k. But i do want double team and flower trick to be buffed cause every thime i lost i was playing that builed .
For the people tryna hype up meows.. let me ask you; have you played a game with wigglytuff? Have you played as wigglytuff? Do think it's a good supporter? Do you think it lifts the team up well? Do you think it offers things other supporters dont? I think you and most people are massively over exaggerating how weak she is and how low her damage is Night slash kills squishies INSTANTLY, and a full flower trick combo usually does too I think even if they buff her she’s going to average a lot lower overall damage due to how fast she either kills or dies I think what she needs most is more sustain not really much more damage, I can’t imagine night slash doing even MORE damage I can see her getting suddenly OP quite easily The ult should absolutely have lifesteal too

@@RyansChannel0203 Dodrio is the outlier, as it's the only speedster I can think of that has a stun ability, but almost every all-rounder has a soft cc, albeit brief and momentary, save for a couple like buzzwole and machamp who have lockdown moves, and azumarill whose only stun is the knockup from its unite. My point still stands though. Meowscarada shouldn't have or need a stun on its kit. Speedsters are meant to run in, deal a crap ton of damage, and run out. Right now meowscarada just feels like a melee attacker, not bulky enough to count as an all rounder and not fast enough to be a speedster. Dodrio is the exception because its role as a speedster, and why it'll almost always be good, is that it's supposed to run in, annoy the shit out of the enemy team by scoring, and run away, kinda like sableye but more effective. In fact, I think meow's unite move is the only speedster unite that does not give an immediate speed boost or act as an escape tool (except maybe zeraoras whose unite is simply damage).
Zoroark shadow claw has cc and is how she does her feint combo consistently. Not every Pokémon has to be able to easily do over 100K damage for it to be good. Matter of fact, if a speedster is easily doing over 100K per game, it probably needs a nerf.

He did 150k dmg and 21 KOs and yet during the game it still felt so underwhelming, i feel like that says enough. It doesnt need to be broken or anything but it either needs sustain or damage because having a frail pokemon that needs to stand there attacking a pokemon close up for 5 seconds is just brutal and you cant even 1v1 most pokemon effectively without dying or barely surviving and having to retreat after 1 KO

Some people play "worse" pokemon better than others it isn't the same across the board for everyone. For example, Dragapult right now is considered OP and the "best pick" for attacker, but that doesn't mean EVERYONE's best attacker is Dragapult. I suck with Dragapult and have hundreds of hours using Garde, so despite what the "meta" says I will perform far better with Garde than Drag. If people played Unite the way you think they do then every game would be a matchup of the same 5 pokemon over and over because there would be no reason to pick anyone else but the best pokemon in each role Saying EVERY speedster is better than Meowscarda in any given category and therefore no one should pick her ignores 2 factors: 1. People are people and not machines looking to make the optimal choices. and 2. It ignores the sum of her parts. Meow's Unite is far better than gengar's or Talon's so the tradeoff in slightly less damage imo is worth it if you can get good unites in. Meow is the only speedster I think can hard carry a game just because her unite move is that good.
It's a problem thinking you should do 100k damage or your pokemon is trash. 500k damage team can and probably will lose to a balanced team doing 30k each
Just played a game with resonant guard, Cookie and Focus Band Dragon pulse Goodra with 6Blue,6White,4purple emblems AND A POTION!! Guess what? 100k damage 96K recovery and 108K damage taken
She’s such a strange case cause she’s obviously weak and lacks damage at the end of every game Yet she’s still always fun to play? And still pops off so many times and gets a lot of multi kills It’s weird

Definitely wrong. We had a Meowscarada last night who single handedly walked into Rayquaza filled with 4 of the opposite team pokemon, kill everyone, then kill the 5th one as they returned to the Ray fight and then beat Rayquaza without taking any damage. This pokemon definitely has some tricks up its sleeves that people have yet to figure out I think.
Yea it's unite move is designed for that final Ray fight, I've won 3 games now where I just ult onto the enemy team and completely wipe them and steal the buff
Dude this isn’t a good character. You are a exceptional player and people don’t really know how to counter it properly yet. It needs its abilities earlier and it needs a bit of a power up. Then it might work.
I was so dissappointed not in Meowsqarada but in Chris himself. I mean he was calling a pokemon "totaly dissappointing" and such things and VERY strangely I for myself....was destroying PPL in ranked with this pokemon. And i must say i was sooo sad that it looked to me the first time EVER since i started watching chris his videos...that he didnt did his homeworks about meowsqarada...i mean how can it be that I a NOOB compared to HIM...destroy lots opf enemies and doing LOTS and LOTS of kills and HE a total Pro is so weak with this pokemon and calls it "dissappointing"....i totaly said....chris had NO idea about pokemon unite anymore...especialy since THIS and thats only my oppinion...this is one of the most balanced release in a long time now! But glady Chris found back and we can believe again in him and look there..he did some research and woooow somehow now it seems Moewsqarada isnt Dissappointing anymore.^^

There are many ppl out there who using you as an example...and if you say a pokemon is trash...they instantly will believe you and not going to give achance for that pokemon...and in your hights of knowledge and skills...i think you should be able to rip EVERY single team with no matter what kind of pokemon you are using...at least thats what i had thought.

It's fine, being a pro doesn't mean you are a PRO at EVERY pokemon and every style of the game. there are LoL pros who only know a handful of champions and are completely trash mechanically when playing other champions, that doesn't make them any less good at the game nor does it mean those champions suck, it just means that pro isn't good at that specific character. It'd be unreasonable to expect you to be good with every pokemon in the game tbh. But the fact is people have had success with this mon. It's usable, it's balanced, it CAN win games. It isn't trash just because you need to invest more time into learning it than other mons like Gengar where you just press 1-2 buttons and get a triple kill.

i think it needs rework: flower trick should not need basic attack to increase it's dmg, make it a skillshot not a point & click and if it lands after certain sec dmg should be that increased one & if ko opponent cd reduction 70% on it not reset, night slash should be ranged move like leafage in unite move you should control it's movement, else other moves are ok
Flower Trick always hits in the original game so it being a point and click move makes sense. Flower Trick should be a crit move and the damage needs to be increased

That’s fair but still, Flower Trick is a very specific thing they are keeping to only Meowscarada, not Floragato

Interesting that Meow feels like it lacks damage, lookinng at flower trick's damage numbers (powered version is 203%+24*Lv+592 and 15% missing hp) it seems like it should be pretty good, especially for a point and click move. Guess it takes too long to get out for how little hp you have and the healing isn't making up for it enough
Maybe it would be a bit safer to double team IN with your copy retreating so you can place the flower trick, switch out to boost it with the double team pop, then detonate it from a safe distance?
None of the moves even lack damage, she just kills enemies so fast, or dies herself so fast, that you don’t build up much damage in any fight
This is why I prefer the other moveset
Honestly I wouldn’t make Meowscarada do more damage the way I’d change it is buffing the distance on both its level 7 moves to make it a b it faster and potentially increase its bulk but that feels strange to its original game version so maybe just the distance buff.
Would be cool if flower trick instantly detonated after being empowered, that way you could do more speedster-like rotations (flower trick> run towards the enemy while double teaming to the opposite side>boosted> switch and run away)
I’ve been trying out Trailblaze and Flower Trick together with Attack Weight. Flower bomb them, jump in, attack a few times, flower bomb, then jump out. If you can survive the engage, of course. Definitely needs more damage.
I think the cat vas a lot of cooldown for a speedster, 9 seconds for trailblaze is beyond crazy and the cooldown for Doble team and nighslash as well
I think that’s all meow really needs, just a cool down reduction on trailblaze. Its WAY too long

I’ve been playing a lot of Meowscarada. Personally, Flower Trick is too slow. I’ve been going Night Slash and Trailblaze. I’ve been going mid and it’s been good because even if I’m level 5, I’m so close to lvl 6 that I end up doing a lot of work. Definitely needs buffs but learning how to make him work has been pretty fun personally.
Meowscarada definitely needs more damage and I feel like the Unite should make you unstoppable. Flower Trick should reset even if it wasn’t the last hit for the kill and you shouldn’t be able to dodge it (if a Pokémon uses a dash at the same time Flower Trick misses)
I understand why you wod want the ult to be unstoppable but wouldnt that remove the eject button tech? since it negates any and all change to your movement including movement speed increases and such youwouldnt be able to catch the enemy ofd guard if they just barely get out of the ult. Unless you could eject into the enemy again after they think they are safe

Flower trick does more damage the longer you leave the bomb on. It’s a run in attack, drop bomb and get out, detonate from distance. Combo double team or trailblaze to get in and out to drop the bomb
Did you know that the explosión from flower Trick can be evaded with eject and other dashes? I have seen ppl even evading it with plain movement speed 😂, i hope its a bug and not a "weakness"

@@CrisHeroesthere is also a bug on which ,you put a bomb on a wild pokemon and if the said pokemon is killled while the animation still plays , then the bomb will not register that the pokemon died , same thing can happen with greninja clones
the bomb just doesnt reset on wild pokemon thats it (im not sure if clones are counted as wild pokenon but its not really a kill regardless so it honestly shouldnt count anyway)

I’ve had murliple 100k dmg games with Meowscarada. The thing is that everyone wants to play flower trick and double team when the easier moveset for damage is shadow claw and trailblaze. The second moveset has you play more like a speedster in which you jump on squishies and delete them quickly
So i feel like if you dont especially focus on activating his passive (at half hp he gets massive life regen and power on his moves and autos and then goes on cd) that will entirely determine your experience with it. You need specifically night slash trailblaze and you need razor claw, muscle band, and, i know this seems counter intuitive at first but Weakness policy. Its absolutely vital to being able to survive long enough in a fight to activate passive and go nuts plus weakness policy stacks are nuts combined. This is more of a brawly build for meowscarada but it makes a huge difference. I consistantly do around at least 10+ kills or around that and i dont have any comfey or support. You should be able to shred and regen health fast with Trailblaze, the passive active, and the Night slash crit mark on them. If you do not focus on hitting half health and leaning on the super stim passive, its not even viable imo. But if you do, its actually decent.
I like the idea that speedsters have enough damage to assassinate squishy attackers/other speedsters but don’t really do that much when it comes to tanks. It’ll force the team to balance a little bc they’ll need attackers to output the damage they need to kill tanks. It’d be cool to see formula nerfs for the speedsters that are currently doing insane amounts of damage to defenders.
Mr. Mimes unite is basically the same as meowscarda just that mime can move and does less damage I think

Dont think it needs a buff as bad as ppl say, but ill gladly take it if they happen. Strongest build imo: double team/flower, charging charm/float/razor. Play around your copy and jump in with massive dmg, flower execute dmg is key here
I find alot more value when I play flowertrick and trailblaze. Held items I put choice scarf, focus band and aoes cookie. So I play like first I use flower trick, then I use trail blaze to jump in and start doing damage. Trailblaze will increase movement speed and basic attack speed and which choice scarf it doubles and then press flower trick u will get alot of damage. This is the only play it works for me. Focus band and aoes cookie I kept for endurance
Been trying out the night slash/trailblazer build with scope lens/Aeos cookie and razor claw.
The cookie felt like it was enough of a boost to turn into an all rounder that just crits everytime.
It’s not amazing, but this is how it felt the best for me.
Perhaps if Flower Trick exploded when you hit with an auto, it would be a nice speed up.

God damn it. Meowscarada was the only Pokémon I was excited for since Scizor. There goes my motivation to return to the game again.
I think if the worst move on mewscarada is double team , like I've played flower trick with tailblaze and its so much better ,while it does suck that tailblaze doesn't give you movement speed , but in the same time double team just lacks the burst damage of trailblazer , not to mention that tailblaze does reset and you kill an enemy even if it died of flower trick
His ult its really awkward , like its good on securing objectives but that's about it , , it's really bad against opponents though , like they can just run out it , it really should have something like a slowiong effect , or have an effect that disactivate movement abilities
Seems like Floral Trick might be good for deleting enemies who are below 50% HP. It seemed consistent vs. that Venusaur. Maybe just not as great as an opening move-- and maybe this is the weird thing, because speedsters should normally excel in 1v1, due to high burst, low HP-- in a team fight a speedster might get deleted if they jump into multiple enemies, and they have to pick their entrance carefully...
But then again, Meowscarada's unite move seems to be REALLY good at taking out a cluster of enemies? Hmm... Well, either way I'm commenting on an old video... Probably no point discussing this.
Honestly feels like Double Team/Trailblaze should be learned at level 5 with Sprigatito's first evolution, then Flower Trick/Nightslash at 7 with the final evolution. Not sure why they went the 6/7 level upgrades with the utility move upgrading later.

It can't get a move earlier than level 6 because one of the options is flower trick which only meow can learn.
My main issue is that it doesn't have a traditional boosted attack. Having an attack speed stim without being able to spam boosted attacks quicker just makes 0 sense to me.
Night slash literally increases all your basic attacks damage massively so that literally doesn’t matter

At the very least Meow has a lot of potential. I love the mobility they seem to have and it seems more skill based than a lot of Timi's usual releases. I agree on the damage though. If a speedster can't even reliably take down a pokemon solo then they're going to get instantly massacred in a team fight. But hey, on the bright side, you can only go up from here.
THIS IS WHY BLAZIKEN SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN A SPEEDSTER!!!! So many people on Blaziken's release said "I wish it was a speedster tho!" just because it's design looks like it moves and attacks really fast. But with how the character was designed, making in squishy would've been a TERRIBLE idea! Meowscarada right now feels very confused thinking it's an all-rounder, but in reality it's a speedster? I think a way to go about it is to have Flower Trick Double Team be a more traditional speedster build, where as Night Slash Trailblaze should be kinda all-rounderish. I did something similar for Blaziken on release, but I'm gonna spitball how I'd buff it, despite being too poor to play it on release.
Flower Trick: Like 5-10% more damage on the non charged explosion and 5% or less on the charged explosion, as well as a bit more range so the start up animation doesn't leave you so vulnerable.
Double Team: Increase the max range by about 30-50%.
Night Slash: If the move hits an enemy, it increases defenses by about 50% for 5 seconds, diminishing by 10% every second. Don't worry, I did the math, 50% more defense puts it at a low end level for an all-rounder, and for it to diminish every second decreases that even further. It makes you maybe sorta tankyish for a speedster when you go in, but quickly going back to being squishy as you fight.
Trailblaze: This buff should only happen if the Night Slash buff doesn't. It gives a shield on level 7, albeit smaller than the one on level 13. The level 13 shield is now like 2% max hp bigger.
Stats: HP 3100-6300 --> 3250-6600. Defense 50-290 --> 60-300 (same as Zeraora). Sp def 40-200 --> 45-210.

It think u got that much dmg cuz you're able to do a lot of basic attack at point blank range without dying... It needs some buffs...but not like dragapult or m2
I feel like Meowscarada's TTK is too long. It takes other speedsters and even Attackers like Cinderace half the time to kill a target.
And it struggles to engage into teamfights without getting nuked into orbit with its wet paper defenses.
For example whenever I play an attacker or squishy support I'm like "oh look it's Meowscrada" vs "OH SH!T ITS(insert speedster here)!!!!!
It's doesn't feel very threatening compared to other assassins. Not that I'm complaining, an underpowered release is better than an op one.
Night slash trailblaze imo is the better build. Overall I feel like I do no damage until the last 2 mins when I’m 13+ anyway.
Doesn't damage technically not count how well the pokemon is depending on enemy comp and your team mates, if you win five games in a row, similar kills and damage then you will know more info, also would be nice if didn't move in a straight line using ulti you could choose direction

Y’all know that in the main series flower trick is a guaranteed critical hit, and can’t miss… While Urshifu Surging Strikes/Wicked Blow are the same besides the cannot miss
I’m scared of a buff, otherwise I’d say yes because Mimikyu play rough was bad but got overtuned, and I don’t want all new chars to start off not as strong and become insane after a patch(Blaziken can be debatable but ykwim)

With comfey or blissey, it goes pretty hard. But as a solo adc it still pales incomparison to the current overbuffed meta...so i think its release is good and balanced, its just currently overshadowed
I wouldn't cause i have played 15 matches and won 10 of them and each match damage was above 75k.

Not all all-rounders have CC, and some speedsters like Dodrio most certainly do.
@@RyansChannel0203 Dodrio is the outlier, as it's the only speedster I can think of that has a stun ability, but almost every all-rounder has a soft cc, albeit brief and momentary, save for a couple like buzzwole and machamp who have lockdown moves, and azumarill whose only stun is the knockup from its unite.
My point still stands though. Meowscarada shouldn't have or need a stun on its kit. Speedsters are meant to run in, deal a crap ton of damage, and run out. Right now meowscarada just feels like a melee attacker, not bulky enough to count as an all rounder and not fast enough to be a speedster. Dodrio is the exception because its role as a speedster, and why it'll almost always be good, is that it's supposed to run in, annoy the shit out of the enemy team by scoring, and run away, kinda like sableye but more effective.
In fact, I think meow's unite move is the only speedster unite that does not give an immediate speed boost or act as an escape tool (except maybe zeraoras whose unite is simply damage).
Zoroark shadow claw has cc and is how she does her feint combo consistently. Your point is bad if you think that all speedsters should run in burst and run out because if you think that then Zoroark must be bad too by your logic since you don't just run in burst and run out with her either.@@elijahpark5344

Not every Pokémon has to be able to easily do over 100K damage for it to be good. Matter of fact, if a speedster is easily doing over 100K per game, it probably needs a nerf.

He did 150k dmg and 21 KOs and yet during the game it still felt so underwhelming, i feel like that says enough. It doesnt need to be broken or anything but it either needs sustain or damage because having a frail pokemon that needs to stand there attacking a pokemon close up for 5 seconds is just brutal and you cant even 1v1 most pokemon effectively without dying or barely surviving and having to retreat after 1 KO
that speedster role must be for how fast meowscarada players run back to spawn after every kill
i say just give it a level 5 upgrade skill to be truly competent in a meta game.

Some people play "worse" pokemon better than others it isn't the same across the board for everyone. For example, Dragapult right now is considered OP and the "best pick" for attacker, but that doesn't mean EVERYONE's best attacker is Dragapult. I suck with Dragapult and have hundreds of hours using Garde, so despite what the "meta" says I will perform far better with Garde than Drag. If people played Unite the way you think they do then every game would be a matchup of the same 5 pokemon over and over because there would be no reason to pick anyone else but the best pokemon in each role
Saying EVERY speedster is better than Meowscarda in any given category and therefore no one should pick her ignores 2 factors: 1. People are people and not machines looking to make the optimal choices. and 2. It ignores the sum of her parts. Meow's Unite is far better than gengar's or Talon's so the tradeoff in slightly less damage imo is worth it if you can get good unites in. Meow is the only speedster I think can hard carry a game just because her unite move is that good.

Definitely wrong. We had a Meowscarada last night who single handedly walked into Rayquaza filled with 4 of the opposite team pokemon, kill everyone, then kill the 5th one as they returned to the Ray fight and then beat Rayquaza without taking any damage. This pokemon definitely has some tricks up its sleeves that people have yet to figure out I think.
Yea it's unite move is designed for that final Ray fight, I've won 3 games now where I just ult onto the enemy team and completely wipe them and steal the buff

Dude this isn’t a good character. You are a exceptional player and people don’t really know how to counter it properly yet. It needs its abilities earlier and it needs a bit of a power up. Then it might work.
I was so dissappointed not in Meowsqarada but in Chris himself. I mean he was calling a pokemon "totaly dissappointing" and such things and VERY strangely I for myself....was destroying PPL in ranked with this pokemon.
And i must say i was sooo sad that it looked to me the first time EVER since i started watching chris his videos...that he didnt did his homeworks about meowsqarada...i mean how can it be that I a NOOB compared to HIM...destroy lots opf enemies and doing LOTS and LOTS of kills and HE a total Pro is so weak with this pokemon and calls it "dissappointing"....i totaly said....chris had NO idea about pokemon unite anymore...especialy since THIS and thats only my oppinion...this is one of the most balanced release in a long time now!
But glady Chris found back and we can believe again in him and look there..he did some research and woooow somehow now it seems Moewsqarada isnt Dissappointing anymore.^^

There are many ppl out there who using you as an example...and if you say a pokemon is trash...they instantly will believe you and not going to give achance for that pokemon...and in your hights of knowledge and skills...i think you should be able to rip EVERY single team with no matter what kind of pokemon you are using...at least thats what i had thought.

It's fine, being a pro doesn't mean you are a PRO at EVERY pokemon and every style of the game. there are LoL pros who only know a handful of champions and are completely trash mechanically when playing other champions, that doesn't make them any less good at the game nor does it mean those champions suck, it just means that pro isn't good at that specific character. It'd be unreasonable to expect you to be good with every pokemon in the game tbh.
But the fact is people have had success with this mon. It's usable, it's balanced, it CAN win games. It isn't trash just because you need to invest more time into learning it than other mons like Gengar where you just press 1-2 buttons and get a triple kill.
