Link became Solid Snake.
Yep 😂
I was b’out to say that.

Commencing virtuous moblin
It’s all fun and games until a book steals your shield
That's why I avoid libraries
@@knightpohtaytoe fucking autocorrect I wrote “boko” and you had me confused
@@famlrnamemssng it's okay it's better this way
@@knightpohtaytoe your response was pretty funny too
@@famlrnamemssng thanks, that took all of my brain power
I remember I solved that one shrine were there was a movable floor tile thanks to me trying to fuse something right next to it lol, ended up fusing the floor to one of my shields
I completed a mission where you have to save a kidnapped villager by literally just fusing my sword to the cage he was in
@@fruitjuiceshibe lol
I cheesed so many shrines by fusing a rocket to my shield
@@1bddly Rocket shields and bomb shields are so easy to cheese with. And for one of the shrines there's quicksand to get to it. I cheesed that using Mineru and walking through it
Omg same 😂😂😂 I was like "oh, well I guess I solved that puzzle then" haha
Ill be honest, I just fused one to a shield to display in my house because I liked the look of it, and for some reason Nintendo decided that building your "dream house" basically in the middle of nowhere had to follow strict HOA guidelines that deny extraneous decorative bits.
Yeah. It's stupid that you can't attach stuff to your house, you only get 15 rooms, and don't even get me started on how you have to put rooms together perfectly or else you have holes in your walls or rooms that are completely closed off.
I wish we could have asked Hudson for a few statues of monsters. To set up around the house.
No skylights, no windows. The house has some of the best views and the best design choices we have to take advantage are just "pretend there's a screen there."
It wouldn't even allow you to display a shield with a block? Too big?
@@richardmahn7589 The game shrinks fusions down when the weapon or shield is not in use. Try equipping a shield with a big fusion, then putting it on your back. It'll shrink the size down so as to not cause weird visual bugs.
My dumbass is gonna try and shield surf 💀
I'll try that too
I'd assume it'd behave like the talus heart and you'd fall.
Now, use ultrahand to make a full on wall with it.
OHH THAT'S SO CLEVER TRUE
I have to try this out, thanks for the idea!
Then save it to auto build so next you're in a gleeok fight you can use it
@@itskristy3520 careful. if gleeoks get close enough their wingflaps destroy autobuilds
speaking from personal experience
Especially if you found a way that it would let you shoot arrows through it, yet still protect you.

@knightpohtayis this a ai voice?
@@Not_PretendingTVno
@@KaitouKaiju how do you know
@@Not_PretendingTVbecause it actually expresses emotion and doesn't sound deadpan for the entire video. He also streams with facecam so you can see that it isn't an ai voice it is his own.
i was watching this and my friend said the paraglider was like fortnite gliding im so fucking done
Breath of the Wild was released several months before Fortnite, I hope this helps you cope in some way 😂
I think another feature that a lot of people don’t know about or at least don’t use very often is fusing a spring pad with a shield and any enemies that you don’t yet want to fight can be pushed away when blocking their attacks in order to buy yourself some time to deal with other enemies
Did u know u can use the cages at the monster forts to trap the bokoblins and the boss bokoblin in....and then drag the cages over the fire.
And to think we call THEM monsters....
@@XaneTenshi what u dont like roasted pork?
Diabolic
Oohweee trying this when I get home 😈
Who put this Metal Gear in my Zelda?!
There’s an NPC that says you should avoid metal gear on rainy days.
whys there a solid snake in my hyrule
@bigbrainedSteve Haha, didn't notice that.
REESES PUFFS REESES P...oh, they arrested him again.
Wow, that is a really cool trick
RUclips asked me to rate your comment, I gave it the 😁
Somewhat related, you can use a boulder shield to do those korok puzzles that need a boulder
Bokoblins woke up today and chose violence
super cool fit combo, that’s one of the things I love about totk is the different clothes combinations you can make
I wonder if this is a feature of all dropped items? It's just that they are generally too small to use.
That is gonna come in super handy for the ice field gleeok, seems like, where there is so little cover but for those pillars nearby
Thought he was gonna say "try this trick and spin it"
Yeah!
This is where the Zelda team desperately says: "INTENTIONAL, THAT WAS INTENTIONAL--!!"
This gives me an idea for d&d.
A shield of the rook.
A shield made of heavy cut-stone, but is deceptively lighter than it appears. When dropped on the ground, the shield transforms into a 5x5x5 foot block, with two faces left open for creatures to enter. Smaller creatures can simply walk in, but medium or larger creatures would need to crouch and/or crawl to get inside for cover.
When picked up, it automatically reassembles itself into a shield.
It is considered heavy armour, is fire and lightning proof.
It was made by a dwarven mage called Fort Knoxley.
what happens if someone is still inside when it is picked up.
@mcnuggetsimpson5940 good question
My big problem with the fuse mechanic is so many of the fuse materials, especially on shields, look so goofy. I just wish they were a bit more nuanced with the how the materials attached.
And the naming sucks too. I thought that maybe if you Fuse a Spiked Iron Ball to a stick it would be a mace, but I guess the game thinks it’s a “Spiked Iron Ball Stick”. Great name.
The Fuse weapons look so tacky, it almost ruins the mechanic entirely for me. Not to mention it breaks the game way too easily and adds extra steps to getting a good weapon. It removed actual good looking weapons for whatever this junk is. I hate the mechanic because of all these things.
@HungryWarden
I personally think that most of the higher tier fuse materials look really cool, but also they fix a lot of balance issues of botw. Now even a basic club can be turned into a decent weapon with even a simple silver monster horn, whereas in botw, you needed to find the weapons, likely in somewhere like the castle or something like that, meaning fighting silver enemies just ate more durability for no increased payout. Killing a silver boko gave no more reward than a red one
@@BTEdidnothingwrong Actually it gives you gems.
@@HungryWarden
Thats basically just rupees with extra steps half the time, not nearly as valuable as a new weapon to replace your old one
@@BTEdidnothingwrong The only good looking higher level Fuse items are horns from Silver Lizalfos and Silver Lynels. Everything else just looks weird and tacky.
Me doing this to fight a gleeok.
Some boko bastard: "hee hoo free shield"
That would also be my luck lol
In Mushroom Kingdom, you break block.
In Hyrule, we *are* block!
It's amazing what you can do in this game.
Huh...I had stolen one of those big cubes from a shrine and put it on my shield simply because it looked funny, but it's good to know it can make my life easier fighting Gleeoks.
Which shrine did you steal it from?
That Alan awoke his inner Brit in full forcez
What did the dark place mean by this?
Everyone can beat a gleeok meanwhile me who’s scared to even get 50 feet near it
Same lol
I just tried this out and arrows still hit me.
Ahh yes my favorite channel Game Stop lol love the vid
This might be the best actionable tip for Tears there is. Amazing.
I'll have to show that to my dad and little sis. She struggles with actually guarding attacks (same with me sometimes)
You can reflect gleeok's big slower fireballs. A spring fused shield will do that automatically. You can't reject lynel fireballs. You can parry them so they don't damage you.
You can fuse the sand seal statue in Gerudo behind Riju's throne
Bro the boko take my shield 😭😭😭💀
Get four, make beeg wall
This game continues to blow my mind
All enemies: “He’s in the dam walls!”
forever wishing that they added kohgas spiky iron balls as one of these ridiculous fuse options
why is the music really good tho
When you can't even say my name. Has the memory gone? Are you feeling numb?
Noted! Thanks for the tip. Time to dust off the ole tunic & dive back in!
I definitely know what I'm doing later.
I usually don’t fuse anything to my shield because I don’t know what, so this is really helpful, thanks.
If you like shield surfing, here are some other things you can fuse to your shield to enhance your surfing: frozen meat, mine cars, zonai carts and zonai sleds.
@@SmilingMana thanks
This actually helps so much, thanks!
Dude just became Wall-E 😂
it's like the barrel wanted to be, except it actually functions. oh and it's defense instead of stealth.
wow. I was just trying to build things to use to hide under when fighting gleeoks and this shows up on my feed. lolol
Great way to "block" an attack. So it's not just a roll of the dice. Link's no square. Um, cube something. Insert something cubed pun here. The block is blocking his head but don't call him a block-head...
It's like Minor Illusion in D&D 5e, except it's a physical barrier.
I recommend the shield to be wooden/ not metal so it doesn’t in a rare case attract lightning. The shield won’t matter since it’ll only be used for a shield
On one of the edges of the castle theres a part of the path that you can fuse and its massive
I admit that I also misread "Gamespot" as "Gamestop" a couple times in the past
I was Late for the Kill, but Early for the Slaughter
Nice to see people still messing around with the Tears of the Kingdom physics
Am I the only one noticing the high resolution on in this vid - looks great
Surprised i never thought of this.
Runes rebel? I had to watch the first part like ten times to understand what you were actually talking about.
Err, how you have 2 Hyrule shields?
? I got many of em
just been playing :D
You tell me now after I did all the shrines, memories, fully upgraded 3 sets and beat the game lol
I hear the DS1 fans screaming “git gud” in the background, while my little brother half my age continues to love this game.
The one boko who picks it up 😂
Why is nobody talking about how he now has a music channel
I might have to try this.
You mean, there is a way to create Adamantium in Hyrule!? Virtually indestructible shield!!!!
"O escudo perfeito não exis....."😂😂😂
I’m struggling with Queen Gibdo, so I might just try this actually! That beam is eating away at my sanity bit by bit
i believe this can also be done with the flux construct blocks
Hello again. Also thanks for the tutorial
Hiya!
Game looking mad smooth 🤔
Interesting! I may have to try it myself later!
This didn’t work for me. Everything still hits you
I think this is the largest thing you can fuse to your weapons
Taking a page out of the Metal Gear playbook I see
This is the kind of thing you don't know if the devs though about it
So Link basically has a shell to hide in
There's an even bigger block you can find in a shrine
His face is terrified. Lol
It's one of thouse blocks from Mario that you can clip through.
What kind of glider skin is this?? Looks beautiful!
how do you wear the cape without the hood like that?
why does your game look so smooth and clear?
you’re pretty good!
Wonder if it works with lynels too
Love this channel
Gonna try this
Why does this dude sound EXACTLY like PJiggles??
That's actually really cool. i know what I'll be using when I start the game again 👌
hear me out, nine circles
That's bloody brilliant! I'm so doing this!
That’s called a pavise. 👍
Its a little like the wood fort from dropping 10 wood.
SPOT! GAME...SPOT
Cool I didn't know we had a bubble shield in the game now
I'm planning to play this one, given that i played botw before. What kind of armor are you wearing? Looks really cool.
going turtle mode
Where do you get the cape?
Thanks, so helpful
Still haven't even gotten that shield.
"It just works!"
man im almost done with botw and can't wait for totk
I'll try it eventually
