I do this routine + your slim back and waist one, plus glute bridges, squats, and fire hydrants for my lower body, all this twice a week (usually when I wash my hair). It’s been my routine for the past 3 years and it works wonders ! Thank you Hana ✨

How do you reduce neck pressure while doing this?
I put a thin pillow at my lower back and I try not to lift my head or lift only a little if possible.
You won't feel pain in neck if you lift your upper body pressuring on your core not the neck🤗
Im doing this exercise 3 times per week, alternating days
Day 1: i found it so difficult! Yet my abs were BURNING and i felt SO GOOD After doing it! :D
Day 2: I felt it BURNING BABY ( ͝° ͜ʖ͡°)ᕤ Today it has been even easier! If i keep doing this exercise I feel like I'll feel waaay less effort :D

Depends on what kind of pain you feel. If it’s a burning pain it’s normal, if it’s a sharp pain or you’re uncomfortable it might be bloating or IBS.
I've tried alot of things but nothing works so I'm gonna try this 🥺

Hey....!!kinda I don't have any words to start with and am just here for my self satisfaction nd a few days ago I was in control umhhhhhhhhhhhhh not likr that but I was managing everything about a body ,food and keeping my body healthy and loss control nd starting eating much hopely I probably gain 1 kg but now am really sad bout my body that if I again continue this no control diet then am gonna be look like a pig soon. I love my body and myself but who don't want to make their body healthier and fit.am not doing for impress other but just for my self satisfaction. Umhhhh let's get start btw am doing a slim legs too and vaccums too .

Day 3: little easier still don’t see results obviously it’s only been 3 days
Week 1: jumping to weeks to hard to update every day been doing it every night, I’m probably just gaslighting myself but I think I see a little difference it’s very easy now.
