Hello coffee lovers: we are the Colombian Coffee Company and today, we want to introduce you to our speciality coffee courses. For those of you who have ever wanted to learn how to professionally make coffee like a barista, then our training classes are just for you!
In our barista training classes for beginners, we discuss the different high quality, single origin coffee varieties that are produced in Colombia. The best catch of this artisan coffee class is that TCCC will teach you all about coffee varietals, the philosophy behind the perfect cup of espresso, handling the coffee machine, and everything there is to learn about coffee making. You will leave the class feeling confident at understanding the characteristics of a perfect espresso as well as producing it to the same standards as in the speciality coffee industry.
We have 2 classes every Friday, from either 09:30-11:00 or 17:00-18:30, at our Flat Iron Coffee Roastery, London.
