I find it so interesting how different nursing & midwifery in UK is from Canada! Our bachelors are four years long , but I’ve never heard of a dual degree midwife + nurse program! That’s super cool :)
Wow, it´s interesting that nursing and midwifery are two different degrees/ courses. In Norway we have to have our bachelors in nursing before we can take master in midwifery. All midwifes in Norway are nurses with masters in midwifery and i think that´s amazing.
Really interesting…my uni didn’t have a maths/English test if you already have relevant GCSEs 🙂 I went prepared to do them (and nervous) but was relieved not to have to!
Hello Zara.I am a nurse from Sri Lanka.I am eagerly waiting to watch your new videos.Whenever I am exhausted I just remember your energetic shifts.God bless you..❤️❤️
Hi thank you for sharing this, my 18 year old daughter really benefited from this as she was unsure which direction she wanted to pursue. This has clarified it…… Nursing it is !! Xx
Countries are so different, In Jamaica is same as UK you can choose to go directly into midwifery first with out being a RN first then move to Rn or start as RN then study midwifery.
Iam also interested to know how adult nursing is different from pediatric nursing and also how an international nurse can become a pediatric nurse or nurse specialist in the UK...
Hey Zara... I am fond of your videos. Really they are so knowledge upgrading. Can you make a video about expenses in London and how we can reduce them...
Hi, I’m currently doing an access course to get into uni next year, but I’m confused between radiography And nursing. I am interested in nursing but I have two young toddlers and I’m worried I won’t be able to manage everything. Also I was advised that the education system here is different to where I studied my ALevels and GCSE(India). Over here apparently they don’t give you so much of notes or classes, and it’s up to us to grow our knowledge buy reading books. Is this true? Also what do you specifically study in nursing. Also do you think radiography might be easier for me due to my situation. I’m interested in both my not sure which one would be easier so that it’s manageable with my busy life. Can you please help me by giving me an elaborated information on what is studied in nursing, how does the education and learning system works, is it really hard in reality, can we get day time placement if we have kids? And as much information as you can provide . I would really appreciate this and would make a huge difference in my life. Just reposting comment to be seen!

I've been in and out of hospital for weeks, but no one can figure out what's wrong with me. I now have a blood pressure of usually 140 - 169/ 90 -106 What do you think that it may be???? Edit: I am only 14 and it's making quite a big impact on my learning as I have one nearly every day
