    INGREDIENTS + NOTES
    #1 Breakfast Burrito
    1 drizzle olive oil
    1 200g block firm tofu (7oz)
    1 tbsp corn starch
    2-3 tbsp vegan kimchi
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1 handful vegan cheese
    1-2 handfuls spinach
    1 whole wheat tortilla
    1 tomato
    sesame seeds
    #2 Banana Chocolate Snack
    1 banana
    1 heaping tbsp almond butter
    1-2 tsp pumpkin spice syrup (or maple etc)
    2-3 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder, or to taste
    pinch of salt
    2 tbsp non dairy milk
    #3 Kimchi Potato Quesadilla
    1 wholewheat tortilla
    ½ cup pre-roasted potato mix
    1 handful vegan pizza cheese
    2 tbsp vegan kimchi
    1-2 handful spinach
    served with this sauce:
    1-2 tsp white miso paste
    1 heaping tbsp almond butter
    1 tbsp kimchi liquid/juice
    1 tbsp white wine vinegar
    1 tsp maple syrup/agave
    1 tsp soy sauce
    ¼ cup (60ml) hot water, more if needed
    #4 Onigiri
    Recipe on Onigiri will be up in the NEXT VIDEO.
    We filled these with store bought spicy tofu and teriyaki pak choi.
    To make the Pak Choi:
    First make the sauce, mix together:
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    ½ tbsp agave syrup
    1 tsp sriracha
    ¼ cup (60ml) water
    1 tsp cornstarch
    then
    1. panfry pak choi pieces for 2-3 min
    2. add a splash of water, boil / steam pak choi for 2-3 min
    3. add teriyaki sauce
    4. cook in sauce for 2-3 min
