    Torque settings:
    Ball joint T55 pinch bolt----------83 Nm
    Subframe M8 bolts-----------------35Nm
    M10 bolt-----------------70Nm
    Wishbone bush Front & Rear bolts
    Stage 1-------90Nm
    Stage 2-------60 degrees

    Thanks for the great solution that allows the ball joint shaft to come out of the hub clamp without it catching. Just the one suspension arm bolt out and loosen the other, worked a treat.

    Does this method require wheel alignment afterwards?

      It maybe worth doing if you feel it pulls to one or other sides after.

    Isn't there a corrrec tool to losen this joint without hassle?

      They make a large bar that pulls down the arm without touching the rubber shroud, but there is still the issue of the pin sticking.

    That was pretty fine. I think I ended up doing the wish bone as well

      The separate subframe stiffens the body structure to give better suspension which is very good, but at the cost of too much extra weight. The ball joint/wishbone setup should have been designed better for disassembly with the wheel arch bulkhead area being too close IMHO :-)

      @@HatBoyHarvey Yup, the one vertical bush on the lower arm so it cant be removed without lowering the subframe, really annoying.
