As a bmpcc 4k owner, I've gotta say this camera easily looks AS good to me. The full-frame looks amazing, and as much as I want to buy a gimbal, a speedbooster, and a Sigma 18-35mm, I actually think buying one of these might be a better investment. However, I love BRAW, the Blackmagic menus etc.
I like the blackmagic format and Braw much better, yet to find a real effective way to work V-log in Resolve.. But it all depends on what type of content you want to film right. :)
@@AdrianvandenBroeck I was using a Davinci Wide Gamut color managed approach until I started using Phantom LUTs, which I really like the look of. I do believe there's a V-log version of those LUTs. Not sure though. Thanks for the video, Adrian!!
Beautiful work. I just jumped to the S5 from Fuji and this has given me a lot of inspiration 👌🏻 I loved my Fuji but watching this, I think I made the correct decision
Looks great! I especially like those shots in the snow. From the description it sounds like I got the S5 for the same reasons you did. So far I've found it to be a good pairing.
@@AdrianvandenBroeck No issues yet. The autofocus isn’t great but as a P4K user I’m not really bothered by that lol. I feel like I can definitely see the difference between the 12-bit color from the P4K and the 10-bit of the S5, though. Nothing actually wrong with the colors of the S5 I just still prefer the look of the P4K.
@@brandonrude Agree on all points. I manually focus with focus peaking, feels like a part of handeling a mirrorless camera after using the pocket4k for some time. 😊
Great composition and colors. Have you tried using finer noise grains? I think it would also be a good option. I personally like finer noise grains on cinematic footage but your footage is still great.
Amazing colors! S5 never disappoints
Love what you're doing with the shot at 1:19! So beautiful
Yes, for me is the best shot :)
Maaaan... Enjoying your choices of shots and the blend of distances. Subscribed.

This is truly beautiful.
Brilliant and beautiful Adrian. Although it’s cold, your amazing colours add warmth.

Thanks man. The value you get for money with the S5 now is unmatched.
Beautiful
Wonderfull painterly images with just the kit lens (and good light and a good amount of grading skill).
Excellent work done with my dream camera!
Very nice cinematography, great job..!!
This is absolutely brilliant.
Beautiful work bro!
Thanks man!

Thanks. Awesome! Have you had any issues with it so far?

Hi friend 💕
It's so beautiful video 👍
Merry Christmas 🎅
Thank you! Merry Christmas to you aswell ⛄
Art.
Wow!
This footage is awesome bro
Beautiful. Perfectly graded.

Thanks! RUclips compression removes grain/noise. So there is a treshhold of how fine it can be. I made it more apparent here to push the look. :)
Amazing ❤ what picture profile did you use
Thank you - All shot in Vlog and graded in davinci resolve!
Amazing colors!! Please, can you tell how did you?
Thanks ! Graded using filmconvert inside davinci resolve.
😍😍😍
Wow looks amazing 👏
1080p100? Looks amazing!
Thanks! 🙏 4k 24p and 60p crop
Excellent video 👍
Fantastic!🔥🔥
I fell in love with the color gradation, very beautiful colors! I also have the Panasonic Lumix S5, did you use the V-Log profile or some other?
Awesome ! Yes it's all V-log. :)
So nice 🌞👍
Excellent! 👍
zo moooooooi
Hi i just want to ask that did u used noise reduction in vlog profile?
No noise reduction, only added grain. The footage from the S5 is not grainy unless you push the ISO to its native upper limit.
Hi, nice shots. It is a litlle bit noisy, is it on purpose?
Thanks! Yes it's probably film grain added in post.
What grain do u use?
Filmconvert :)
I think it passed the test
