    I’m so mad looking at this video !!!! Why are they interrogating him in the back of the police car !!!!! He just lost his girl they just shot up hospital home with his kids !! Was the paramedics even there ?? They need to hold that officer accountable for lack of simple care. Whooo Lord this life .

      It's because she's repeating herself and keeps back tracking everything she says. I don't think she knows what she's doing. Maybe she ate some marijuana edibles before work and it's fuckin' with her mental state. Every time she talks, she loses a brain cell.

      You need to watch all of the videos she did a great job convicting them. Also if you never been in a courtroom during trial you wouldn’t understand, questions have to be asked a certain way for appeal purposes.

    • @arieerosee
      @arieerosee 2 месяца назад +2

      Not guilty it was too many doubts. You have a witness , saying that the lawyer and detective and prosecutor made him say things by threatening him, and clearly you can tell he never wanted to go to prison for getting caught with drugs on him you have the prosecutor saying that a police officer was lying about saying, the victim opened the door and argued with whoever that was that killed her then you have a detective on the stand getting mad. When asked is there any physical evidence or DNA evidence? He didn’t want to answer the judge made answer If I was a jury I can’t live with myself, sending an innocent man to prison for something that has so muany doubts. The whole trial was a shit show the prosecutor going off her theory and what she wants to fit her theory. welcome to America, where being a black man. Is suspicious enough to say you’re a murderer. I can never can make nobody of a crime that I don’t see physical evidence. I don’t see a DNA evidence. I don’t see video evidence showing this person did this there’s no weapon. The witness said he lied about the whole thing to get a deal.

      I don't know if the state proved this case beyond any and all reasonable doubt!!
      Unfortunately, I don't think I could convict with what the state presented!!
      If he got rid of the gun and coat, they have to prove it!
      You can't just show a picture of a gun and say that this gun is the same gun used in the murder!!
      It doesn't work that way!
      They are lacking in actual physical evidence!!

    As the lawyer said, the prosecutor only listens to witnesses and testimonies, that fit the picture that she’s trying to paint There is no justice in that! convicting an innocent man when all the evidence is about a gun that was in a music video, the music video was not on trial, a murderer is If you listen carefully, this whole case was built on what a police officer said when he got on the crime scene, he brought the guy named Terrell’s name up without even questioning Omar officer ask Omara does this have anything to do with Terrell putting the scenario and everybody’s head since then they’ve been building this case based off Terrell Newbern is not guilty. We have to start calling things out like this. We cannot put people in prison on assumption, or he said she said unless there’s eyewitness DNA evidence, physical evidence, or the weapon you should not convict anybody on a serious crime like this Based on assumption, and a witness is willing to say anything to not get prison time for being a drug dealer and having 8 grams of meth on him, which has fentanyl in it that’s killing people on the streets This brings a lot of light to the things African-American people go through. If this was a white guy this would’ve been thrown out a long time ago they coached a witness to say everything they wanted, how can Keyante talk to Terrell while he’s locked up since they were saying Terrell ordered this hit on Omar it does not make sense. Do not throw an innocent life away destroying two families' lives if they wanted justice they would’ve fingerprinted everybody checked for gun residue on everybody and investigated a little bit more it looks like they just wanted to build a case against the Keyante Newbern they admitted, and said that they did not even check Omar the boyfriend for any type of fingerprints, gun, residue or anything we have very lazy detectives in Michigan they also stick together when they’re lying. This is the same prosecutor that said the police officer was lying so now who’s telling the truth and who’s lying we need an internal investigation into the department at this point I pray they find who did this and I pray that they do not prosecute this innocent man for something he did not do. Also noticed how they never drug-tested him or alcohol test, but you can tell that he is intoxicated. They followed no protocol.
