*one of The biggest issues our states attorneys have is not knowing when to turn off the interrogation tactics. She was talking to HER WITNESS who is a VICTIM in the case like he is the defendant. She had zero compassion. No empathy. He is obviously traumatized and she was only concerned with what she wanted smh*

(crime victims compensation which is given once a conviction and sentence) Prayerfully he’s relocated already

Nobody understands the pressure of being on the stand unless they've dome it before. It's even worse in a situation like this. A good defense attorney can make a simple witness feel like a criminal
