Do you use drone inside or camera? Also what drone do you use?
No drone flights on the inside. We used the DJI Osmo for the interior shots. Phantom 4 Pro for exterior drone shots.

How do you do the effect at 0:21? do you just speed the clip up and slow it down after? how do you make is smooth like that?
It's a speed ramp. You can do it with pretty much any of the editing suites. just search up a speed ramp tutorial for whatever software you edit in and you'll learn it in under 5 minutes.

How do you get drone footage of real estate if you’re in a no fly zone?
Hi Ian, You can request authorization through LAANC or the FAA Drone Zone. Look at the UAS Facility Map to see what the ceiling is. You may be able to get instant authorization if the ceiling is 100ft, 200ft, 300ft, or 400ft.

As an agent myself personally the transitions are disorienting. Showcasing the drone flying skills and not so much the home. A little exaggerated movement. Simple and minimal when it comes to luxury
