i’ve just bought a Mavic Mini, this channel helped me a lot in the decision. and this is my all time fav video, that I’ve seen like 10 times already to memorize the essential shots. :) keep it goin’ guys! cheers from Hungary!
Just got my first drone 3 weeks ago. (Mavic Mini) Watching all the videos I can and learning as much as I can. YOUR CHANNEL is the best I've found so far! Thank you! I subscribed, signed up for your email, downloaded your book and I'll be back to binge watch as many of your posts as possible. I like channels that teach practical things and not ramble. You got this nailed! Merry Christmas!
I appreciate your content. I am having a super hard time getting footage that doesn’t feel the same every time. It’s overwhelming me at time on trying to fly, edit and understand what I’m doing. What’s the area to focus on the most with a new pilot/photographer you wish you knew when you started?
Thanks for the Free Book, I am about to get my first drone... The DJI Mavic Mini. Seems like the perfect drone to start with. l am looking forward to watching a lot more clips from you two
this is the video I was searching for. Really useful. I saw many videos, but in that all 75% of the video was explaining the scenes without shots. but this video just gives the best result. full 5:13 useful video
I just want to thank you for your "From Drone Zero To Drone Hero" book. Actually that was the first thing that I have read about aerial shooting before I buy my drone.
I love this channel, your shots/tutorials are amazings, guys. Thanks so much for sharing! I can't wait to get my first drone for my YT channel and start learning with you!
Good video. You missed out the Flythrough Shot, always a great cinematic shot to use once you've mastered the control of your drone. Works great when reversed as you suddenly reveal a dramatic element to the shot.
Have just found this channel, love what you're doing! As a Scotland-based videographer this felt tailor made to some of the exact locations I often shoot 😃
The shot of me driving your Mustang. My first car was a '70 fast back (same Calypso Coral color) but it was the "mom's version" 2 bbl with hubcaps...{sigh} I miss that car... Thank you for all of the great content!
Wow. This is very useful. I own two drones. I barely use them. Love all your shots to add drama and emotions to the videos. Keep up the great job. Happy flying.
Thanks for all you do! I'm hoping to be able to purchase your master class in the next couple weeks. I just got my FAA Part 107 Commercial Pilot license this past week here in the USA.

Wonderful tips. Love your flying. I hope to achieve that level of quality to improve my drone videos. just started my RUclips channel and I appreciate your content.
You do some beautiful shots . thanks for your honest thought on the Mavic drones and best types of shots just getting into the field after using my Nikon only here in south Florida.
Guys, great shots, as always! With all your shots, is there a certain speed that you fly the drone at when filing, or do you eyeball it according to the location/height of it? I really like how smooth your shots are.
You forgot the pass by shot, where you focus on a target then fly the drone past it blocking the view for a bit! Like a tree. I’m gonna make a video for while we’re here in Norway I’ll try add it and tag ya!
I guess the big one is that you, the operator, aren't in any of the shots. I find nothing ruins a shot more than seeing the operator standing there with the controller. Haha
The crash and burn shot, expensive but dramatic.
I've made that shot
Troy Cook 😂 I’ve had plenty of those in my early days.
Excellent video! I love the shot techniques.
Yea, I have done that one.
Did not work in the end though :D
Maybe the fish can use it.
Sadly i had make it with my dji inspire 2
Definitely the best looking pair of drone operators I've seen!
