- We caught this amazing blue meat fish from the rocks. It was so delicious cooked up fish taco style. Rock fish season opens from a boat soon so I'll be out there more and more, filming and filming. Doesn't get any better than catch and cook on the rocks.

I did the same exact thing when I caught a huge kelp greenling and I tried to cook it but I totally forgot butter so I used avocado and it was working OK then my flame died out and I was starving out on the Judy for seven hours

Great tip. When the water is dirty, try a bit of squid or something smelly on your swimbait. It helps the fish target your bait better.
