Egg liquid 55g
Ice water 240g
Instant yeast(high sugar) 5g
Butter 40g
Convection oven
170℃(338℉) for about 25 minutes
Conventional ovens
180℃(356℉) for about 25 minutes

That’s just the silliest thing I have ever seen. Totally pointless. Just slice the bread and spread the stuff on. Total waste of time nonsense.
