Markus! Thank you for sharing this! My youngest daughter loves Stranger Things and made a fan edit. Watching her work for almost 4 hours on her 2 minute video really gave me perspective on editing and film making and a new joy and respect for my childs creative abilities. ❤
The best thing it says “part 1” yippie!!. Thanks!
it's people like you that makes youtube a good thing ❤ love from sweden
One thing NO one can ever say about you Markus... you are NOT a lazy dude!
I am jealous actually and I am super lazy I guess!
No doubt. I don't know where he finds the time.
@@camgreer I watched his "the secret of good video & who am I" video and I was amazing of what he have done.
He is super energetic and talented no doubt 👍🏼
He definitely doesn't look like someone who's almost 60.
It's the opposite, isn't it? No one can say he IS lazy. I don't know, I'm not a native speaker.
Wow, three months for 3 minutes 😳. You guys did aloat of work. Now I have to go and watch that video.
The most underrated youtuber in the entire world
Genius! pure genius Markus...
I wanna be Markus when I grow up.
Nice
As you have said so many times, it's all about the story.
"an ode to buckwheat", one might call it
the bestest of all grains and semi-grains 😋
👍👍👍
I just like to also point out that if you have a really great partner in your life ,
you like basically can do anything.
Yes
I know I've said this before, but Markus your skills are insanely underrepresented. 3d rendering, editing, lighting. Then throw in the creativity that is required to imagine this stuff. You're, hands down one of my favorite creators to watch.
I'm constantly learning... school never ends 😄
Completely agreed ☺️
@@MarkusPix next time i'm in Vegas can I stop by and say hi ?
@@MarkusPix absolutely Markus! I started as a veterinary technician, then a registered nurse, went into critical care and now about 1.5 years into videography. Still trying to find myself haha! I love your passion though. It's contagious.
@@MarkusPix Now that....thats the key!
Someone somewhere: Recipe videos are boring.
Markus Pix: Hold my tiny camera.
😅
First of all, who ever gabe this video a thumbs down is an Ahole. This man is a modern day Leonardo da Vinci. Thank you so much for all you do. It's so inspiring. Both of you work hard and are a great team.
I really like how you've matured and been more thoughtful about beginners.
Marcus the bloggers, RUclipsrs, photographers, film makers and even the people view these various presentation love watch all your videos.
Thank you for share you're knowledge and experience with us.
Many people wondering how all is done or good and better ways of Doing things.
Thanks marcus
Your enthusiasm and work rate is spectacular! Having seen a lot of what else you've done in your career, how on earth have you done so much in such a relatively short time? Truly impressive! A true enthusiast. Congrats from the UK.
If you don't believe in magic, you will never get anything accomplished. Yes, we love this stuff, thanks.
Super excited for this series
Nothing more to say about MarkusPix....Inspirational in every possible way and totally addictive video's....My favourite channel on RUclips....Great luck and wishes to you both...
Wow greatet crazy good. Markus you are something right from enfancy. God keep on making you live long
Markus when will you Come to Germany??? I wish am your Son
You two are what life is all about. Plain and simple.
I’m mad at the fact! 😠 This channel only have 64K subscribers! Why! This channel deserves millions of subscribers. Awesome contents👏
When this channel started not Long ago, average views per video the first 24 hours was 60 or so! So he is rising fast!
I really loved your behind the scenes video. When Star Wars came out with the dvd's I was able to watch 6 hours of behind the scenes of Star Wars not for entertainment but the technical side of things. Now I almost would rather watch the behind the scenes rather than the movie.
Markus you never seem to amaze me, this was superb!!! And your can do attitude and produce truly artistic videos is more than inspiring, I need to step me game up, thanks.
Point taken! It certainly isn't about cameras!! Boys will be boyz!!! So much fun creating... and you even manage to land a Princess ♡
Tremendous message. Hard work and creativity trump ALL.
This an amazing video, very inspirational. I loved every aspect of it. I’m a man of art myself, I love creating music, I play a couple instruments, I like drawing and painting, and just recently I jumped into the photography spectrum, and I’m loving it so much! And I’m very grateful to have been able to find your channel, I have learned so much from you, and enjoyed every single video I’ve watched! Also, loving your “Heal Yourself 101” book, it’s amazing!
Wonderful!
That's the coolest set on youtube :)
Cardboard squirrels!
the shed ..wow, pure talent! when I was a teenager I made my children room into a knight's castle room. I made stones out of cardboard and crumpled newspaper, painted them grey and stapled them on the walls. i even built romanesque arches for the windows. it looked so realistic that you had to touch it in order to feel what it really was. thank you for bringing back great memories.
Good Job
Don’t ever be normal Markus! You bring such excitement to all of us viewers!
Who would of ever guessed the shed was made of cardboard? 🤯🤯 Incredible!
That's just insane!!! I love it, well done!
WOW you are quite AMAZING.
You paid attention to the audio on the aircraft which made it more believable. I've seen movies where they don't do that. Nice attention to detail.
Arrh Bliss Bless~* amazing skills, and such great efforts, you guy's are beautiful amazing~* ~ keep shining and inspiring~* beam shining bright vibes of gratitude and appreciations to you beautiful souls~* blissings be~* ✨😊✨ Christof
Cara's real singing voice? very pleasant.
Amazing, do you have a course or books that you recommend that teaches to work with cardboard?
Stay foolish, stay hungry - Steve Jobs
Always keep on mind, you are gifted with creativity 😎👌
I loved this. Some of my best work have been with "cheap" camcorders. Those videos actually hold up pretty good even by today's standards.
You've Lit everything so well that I cant tell theres any low-rez shots, completely noise free . Im gonna have to get a hold of an old x900 i guess. You are truly a wizard. Other film and photography channels are using $10,ooo Cameras and $30,ooo Tripods and I feel lucky to have a used Canon T3i but maybe I need something older like that x900, lol. Great stuff, Thanks for the inspiration
Great Video
As Always I love your approach! But please share your other channels/work!
Hey youI You are normal! You are living your dream. You did what you love and used what you had without fear from the start. You found your dream woman, and Cara it looks like you found your dream man too! There is nothing that is not normal about you Markus. What fun you are having! Both of you! You are both showing what can be done when you put in the effort and love life. So glad to have subscribed. Much love to you both.
you remind me that photography/ videography is still all about having fun and being creative
Totally love it! Please have more of this type of videos. Really appreciate your sharing.
If you prove anything to anyone it’s no matter what gear or how much money you have it’s about passion and having fun that matters. I found your channel looking for soft boxes and now I come back for the true un biased videos since your one of the few un bought you tubers in the video/photo world.
Really loving your content. It helps me with my travel videography, thanks Markus
Thats the stool you show in the bunker studio tour!
It’s never the paintbrush.
Thanks for what y’all do.
Excellent, Markus is an inspiration, you've always got to put in the maximum amount of effort, so you can always be proud of what you've achieved😊👍
You are to real Markus Legened i have look all of your videos you are to sincer and thats why i follow you you are film school
You are in fact magical, Markus :) Thanks man, I love behind the scenes stuff! Its the most intriguing part in my mind.
LOVE your videos MARKUS!!! Thank you for all the tips and POSITIVE ENERGY!!!
👍 Having the ability to put imagination to the final print - well done!
Cheers!
You are a type of person where if we give you the worst camera in the world, still the final product will be way better than my best video ... 😂
Having the perfect white balance does wonders.
❤️awesome work ❤️
I still own one of those X900s. Purchased two of the several years ago and kept one. Could never get rid of the last one. I still use it, and even have the 3D adaptor which I use for personal clips. If I don't have to use a stabilizer, shoot in 4k, don't need to impress a client with equipment, and don't feel like hauling out a big Varicam, I will use this little gem.
So basically you make movies every time you switch your camera on! Please keep making them To The Ends Of Time ;)
I'm truly amazed how you can take something as simple as cardboard and turn it into a cabin in the woods. The attention to detail.
Thanks buddy. You two are amazing together
Loved the video!
Cara gets to have her prom everyday now thanks to Marcus.
Absolutely Great
Your set work is excellent.
I thought Peter Pan was going to run past!! Love it Markus!
That is an epic amount of effort put into the vid, LOVE IT
Amazing! Two extremely creative and talented( multi-talented) people inspired the world again. Everything is magic, in front of and behind the camera.I slowly become your biggest fan.🎬🎥❤
That’s incredible, thank you for sharing and what a fabulous couple you both are.
Best wishes from the UK 😁
Inspiring and what a dedication. Keep up the great work you do Markus. You should try aquascaping with your imagination and dedication. 💚🌿 I can help you if you want!
I love that you are unashamedly you! Not many people have the courage to be themselves. Thanks for making it possible for people to see IT IS possible.
This makes me think my camcoder is good too. Yeah I don't really need a 5,000 USD camera.
You are artists.
Oh that camcoder is 1,200 USD...that's a real good one.
I hope to budget one in. I'm still on my cell phone, what happened to my Vivitar and 35mm opportunity to enjoy overtime untangling. I did get a big raise though. That should help on my follow my passions and don't worry about it Secret to Prosperity plan.
Markus, I predict you will be 1m+ subs by the end of the year 👍. Great channel, fun personality and you don't take yourself too seriously 😊
Markus, you yourself are a magical human being, haha. Way beyond Forrest Gump👍🏻😃
You two are quite the couple. Makes me cry a lil bit
Thank you very much, for being you.
That would be amazing to see how you can come up with some creative backgrounds and lighting in your basement. Every photographer wants to see that I’m sure, you would have a million views, I don’t think anyone has done this video, And coming from a professional like you, no one could compete.
I was just this moment going to sell my 9 year old Canon Legria HFM 52 Camcorder on Ebay. Thank you so much. I shall now keep it and have fun. My Sony a7iii can have a rest.
I'd like to see a video of how you make a castle wall out of foam core. Start to finish, including painting.
The Galley is so realistic!! The flight attendant also looks like a true professional :)
I believe it’s still about having fun.
First that was so interesting thx
Wow, that was super cool; I enjoy watching you both. It is an uplifting thing. Thanks
Yes, yes, yes! Very much appreciated here !
I’ve learned so much for you. Thank you for sharing.
Wow! Very inspirational. Great stuff!
BTS stuff is always interesting. Also, DVD commentaries for the same reason :)
I really admire your works Markus 👍

This makes me feel really well. I spend 2-3 weeks on a 5 min video while some youtubers put out 10 videos in the mean time. I know YT algorithm prefers higher frequency, but there is something special about creating a good illusion! Enjoy the journey, not the destination. Learn something new every day!
Looking forward to part 2! Thanks Cara and Markus!
You exactly nailed it. I'll put many days of work into a 8 minute how-to video that gets a few hundred views. Its not about the views its the type of videos you want to make.
I really love your lighting setup and advice every videos you make Markus.
Awesome. Great work. I wish camcorders were updated. There is nothing more practical than camcorders. And they have analog zoom! I always miss RUclips from years ago. There was no such thing as TikTok, Instagram and other platforms that I don't even know about. I personally sometimes spend countless hours exploring abandoned places to capture images and sounds with cameras, microphones, drones and so on and editing my videos. I do this because I like it. It's my number one hobby. And what do I gain from this? Anything. Or almost nothing. Nowadays I don't even want to know. And I don't care. I just want to create and share to the world. Since young age I do that. Starting with drawing, painting, writing, recording, filming, photographing and so on along the years. Now Ai will end all!
wow, the way you added those moving bushes and trees into the foreground of the shed scene. 6:18 . Very good indeed. you certainly fooled me.
I absolutely love behind the scenes videos!
I only just found your educational vids, you've helped me and are teaching me continually Thank you
You blow me away Markus. You hold nothing back. Amazing BTS and process video. Thank you for your generosity.
My pleasure!
God! I was pretty sure that she was in that shed in the forest :D
Love this on so many levels - always inspiring Markus.
