Thank you fo r continued advice. I am new to sales. I worked in the Legal field for my entire adult life and began my current position just over a year ago. Your advice has assisted in so many ways in learning what my clients' specific needs are, and how to solve their problems. Keeping the communication open where they can advise me of what they are looking for, their pain points, what their ultimate goal/picture for a better future looks like for them, then providing them with a solution if my solution fits their needs. I have learned a lot over the past year, but find your advice keeps it simple, keeps me from looking like a "Hard Sales" person, but a problem solver for their specific needs. It makes a huge difference in how you present to potential clients, and how much more at ease they feel when you are offering a way to solve their problem and help them to build a more successful, stress free future.

This man truly knows what he's talking about and what he's doing. Every video just proves that. I think one of the mistakes most salespeople in my country make and area is the begging thing Dan mentioned in one of his videos. They position themselves below the prospect and giving away all the power and making it way too easy for us prospects to say no. "You are offering a solution, NOT a beggar. Hello, Dan wanted to say thanks for making these videos!! They have opened my mindset on how to approach customers and clients. As a sales person in a big company like Macy's 👍 you see how others approach their customers and I try to make a different approach and connect with each of my customers!! My question is how to follow up with them and find different ways to close the sales . 🤔 Or put them in our notebook to a future closing sale !!
I've sold home security for 5 years and the interesting thing is that the more you can build a relationship with someone, a true, authentic relationship with a customer before pitching them, the easier it is to sell them. You'll get 10 people in a row that won't have time for you but it's that 11th person that makes your investment in people worth while.
I did try these tips from you today to one of the biggest company in my country and I gave them the first impression! Thank you and hope one day I can invite you to motivate & inspire people in my country (Laos)

I have been asking myself what I will ask my prospects once I land a meeting with them, thankfully I found your video. This is a great help!
Could you make a video about salary negotiation, please?
It would be interesting both from the perspective of an employer and an employee.
Dan's selling techniques are just magic
HOLY opening question! That is one of the best questions I ever heard.
The 5th question worked for me.. this is the first time I have successfully closed a deal.
Thanks sifu Dan
Absolutely loving your tips. As someone who is new to sales, this all hits home so much.
Those are the questions of knowing the expectations of the client which are really powerful and makes the goal more clear for both the client and the provider
Short and concise! Thanks Dan!😉
Danlok is by far one of the top expert in his industry. And what he say is so close to the reality!Thank you for helping people acheive maximum results.Well dan-lok
Thank you Sifu. This is deep & powerful content here as usual. Always over delivering. I'll listen to this at list 20 times.
Mandela, how did your Monday change after watching this multiple times??
Great questions Dan. I'm a consultant selling my expertise. I had a falling out my software partner who I created a specific software with. Regardless client's are still deconstructed with my solid unique insight. I've restructured myself and your videos have opened my mind. Thank you
This was my video suggestion! Thank you dan for answering my question because i was really struggling with this.
Your videos more than awake you, makes you believe that challenges in the business management are easy to overcome. thanks a lot Dan Lok
It doesn't matter on which content you're making videos you always motivate me 🤩🤘
Top question for me that works
"What's your typical decision making process when it comes to things of this nature?"
*_I think Customers don’t care at all whether you close the deal or not. They care about improving their business!!_*
Don't you see the link? You only close the deal if you improve their business. And you need these questions to understand how to improve their business. SMH By your comment I think, and correct me, that you are not a very successful salesperson
@@YoungBlackTrep by your comment, you neither

Thanks Mr Dan for making quality videos in a short period of time, it's really helpful!! 💕💕
Fabulous. I have been selling for 35 years. Great approach.
What is the outcome that you want?
What motivated you to meet with us today?
Exactly what are we trying to accomplish here today?
Where are you today and where you want to be?
What seems to be the problem?( and how long have you had this problem? )
If this meeting accomplished everything you could possibly hope for, what would that look like?
Tips: For me I will take a screen shot of this and print it out. Then I will attach it to the wall to help me remember all of this. Thank
I noted it all down to my notebook... These questions are GOLD! I'll use it for my campaigns and I think it'll get my some really good results :)

You can do it, Minn. A lot of Dan's high-ticket closing methodology applies to face-to-face meetings and phone calls.

No pain, no sale! Deep! This is giving me so many ideas thank you Dan! I can't wait to take your Story telling secrets course! Or to read your new book this summer!
Already pre ordered both!
Miguel, I bet your crushing it now!
It's basically applying the SPIN methodology in a different way and I love it for the brief discovery calls! Thanks for that
Dan this was a very important video all sales and leaders should watch indeed. Thanks for your wonderful straight up sales lessons.
Interesting and valuable tips to be a better sales person. Thanks Dan for all the videos
Few questions for you. Do you do door to door, in store, or over the phone?
You're a legend Dan! Thank you so much for the amazing value :)
🕴👍
I did try these tips from you today to one of the biggest company in my country and I gave them the first impression! Thank you and hope one day I can invite you to motivate & inspire people in my country (Laos)
Great information Dan, your videos are great. My biggest sales obstacle right now is the very introverted customer who is hard to build rapport with. Or as it seems they don’t want to be bothered. Thanks for the content!
Most definitely need to watch this again. It's amazing how certain questions can either make or break the deal.
Thank you! good stuff - your excitement is contagious....
Bro I swear for the first time I convinced my prospect that Iam a good seller thank you so 😊
You're a legend Dan! Thank you so much for the amazing videos. Loved these questions.
You gotta become the leader in the situation, and having a plan for success is essential. With these questions you'll get in and out the meeting, literally like a boss.
what if i asked those 5 questions and at the end of the day client says "oh you are a subscriber of Dan" " so do I"
"okay deal"
hehe this a true deal
😂😂
This would be the holy grail of deals hahaha. I would literally pour two drinks right on the spot.
BOOM ! hahaha
it could be if your client is also a sales guy.
They are selling your product to themselves! Amazing technique!
Dan, I’m so glad a video of yours popped up in my recommended section as there is so much value in these videos you do.
In trying to find my own way and style in business meetings I’ve always struggled to ask the right questions and have ended up being frustrated as it’s not quite the right way to ask. It’s like having the sentence on the tip of my tongue but not being able to get it over effectively enough. Definitely going to give these tips a try in the next meeting! 👍🏻👍🏻
Did these tips help you Jon?? I bet they did!
i tried it and it was helpfull, my prospects were turning more positive.
I really like your videos , I'm glad I'm learning from you
Thank you Mr. Lok for this valuable video. Concerning last question, what if the client replied:" you are the expert, you tell me".
