On the built bumper bracket you should cut the tubes at an angle where they slide into the frame. It’ll make it easier to lineup when putting the front clip on.
Nice! My friend and I are looking to transplant a 6.0 LS into my 1995 Sonoma. Normally aspirated at first to see where we'll be at... mind you the engine will be overbuilt so there will be room for more power. We want to go with one (maaaaaayyyyybe two) turbo. Not sure on size... he's thinking 76mm. Also looking to have a good tune on it to where we can cruise around unsuspectingly and then surprise people with this sleeper.... MU HU HA HA HA HA!!
I’ll be adding this to my k24 s15 build soon I hope
mmmm, evaporative cooling, nice!
What about putting the front as a hinged flip forward front clip ?
Now I gotta try this on my 96 lol
Looks really nice can’t wait to see it finished We are sitting here waiting on IDA enjoying your videos
Stay safe out there!

Hey Rob, What is your base motor? Gen 3 or 4, is it s 5.3 or 6.0? Stock bottom end or did you gap the rings?
Gen 3 5.3L stock bottom end, arp rod bolts, head studs, gapped rings.
Great job, are you going to run the cage thur the firewall
No the turbos are in the way
Do you make and sell this as a kit to remove the front clip ?
Nope. Just did it for myself
Should fab something up to keep the front end off the ground, mabe some small legs that slide down.
Good work tho man!! It's nasty...
