Just found your channel and so grateful! This might be odd but I’m trying to consume food more mindfully and make it a more joyful experience as part of recovery from binge eating and overeating. I’ve discovered the joy of creating my own food which brought me to you. I love that you also highlight the element of sound on your videos and it made me realize I wasn’t noticing that in my own life. After watching you since I woke up, I just made breakfast and noticed every little sound and it was a great experience. I teach a class for people who have gotten a DUI in my state and one of the coping skills I talk about for stress relief instead of alcohol is mindfulness. I cannot wait to incorporate one of your intros into my curriculum as an example. Thank you again!

I'm going to be honest with you, out of the dozens of videos I've watched I've never once made any of your dishes. That might sound stupid but honestly I just love watching your videos and I've been able to take inspiration and ideas from your cooking and add it into my own. Your content has been steadily getting more and more excellent and I hope that this channel is able to truly give you and your family the support it deserves.
Congrats on the soon to be 300K subs and thanks for sharing a bit about your life, family, and just pure positivity with us.

Maybe a mashup of paratha and unfermented dosa batter? I don’t know, but they sure are easy to make and don’t require any specialty ingredients or equipment. I’m not the best at rolling any dough, so this is a nice change of pace. I’ll probably add minced onion, peppers, and more Indian flavors like cumin seeds and either fennel or coriander seeds.

Hi, I just found your channel the other day while trying to find vegan bread recipes, not because I’m vegan 😏 but because I’m a single mom who often struggles with having all the ingredients in most bread recipes, primarily eggs and milk(which is embarrassing to admit).Towards the end of the month, I often have pantry basics, so I’m always looking for knew recipes. I’m so great full for channels like yours that show recipes like the one above, that are versatile and don’t require milk or eggs. Anyways, I just wanted to say thank you and I look forward to going back and watching some of your previous videos!

Being an indian i thinl i shouls inform u people Here that a parantha is made up from dough and secondly word parantha has been derived from word Parth which means layers so a parantha should have atleast two layers or folding, just saying dont take this as a criticism or hate,,..❤

Ok. This is an excellent recipe that I would like to try. Could I use chickpea flour or possibly oat flour? I hate to fail. If I make and it doesnt turn out well I won't try again. I have no time for failures. I bought a box of gluten-free pancake mix and I was so disappointed I'm off pancakes now ❤

hey! sorry i havent tested. and i dont wanna steer you wrong. i have worked with oat flour enough to tell you it would work but i would need to play with it to get the correct measurements as it wouldnt be a one to one. ❤️
