I’m playing on the switch and have not received the drops. Linked everything up. How long does it take to receive the drops?

So you did watch streams that have the Drops enabled for the required time & claimed the items in your Twitch inventory? If so, it should be pretty much immediately once you log into the game (under the news tab). Do you see the items as "claimed" in your Twitch inventory?

That's strange indeed. And yes, if nothing pops up in your News tab, definitely contact support - you definitely want the plushie!!! Hopefully they can help you relatively quick! At least you have proof with the claimed items, as that means the accounts are also successfully linked.
