Not many in history were as good as this man. Count them on one hand. Played with incredible passion and took over the room. I only wish I could have seen him at least once but his genius lives on.
I feel like I should be swing dancing to this , my man just introduced me to the great musician Stevie Ray today, how the hell did I live with out this
The great one doing his thang...I have always called him the great one because well he was the greatest I'm my eyes...and definitely in my heart...thanks for all the love you passed our way Stevie.....🎸🎸🎸
Recently got to spend some time hangin' with Reese Wynans. What a thrill! As great a guy as he is a keyboard player. He's always has been my favorite! We miss you Stevie!
I never heard anyone play music with such abandon... this guy was someone really special... I keep wondering where his soul is now... please, please, please Universe may we have him back..?.. please...
A guy like SRV with that kind of guitar talent only comes along once a lifetime. You'll never see anyone that loved to play the guitar more than him. A master of it and then some. And, all that playing with 12 gauge strings.
I was so glad I was able to see him live. In Norman OK . The news he passed brought tears. Didn't want to believe it. The good news. The music never dies.
How awesome and sensational is this of Stevie Ray Vaughan and his band..the strat is full speed ahead..very entertaining..legend that went all over the world..RIP Stevie
Saw SRV and Jeff Beck opened up for him. SRV invited JB to join him for a 3 set encore, great show. Tragically a short time later we lost a great talent to a air crash. RIP Stevie Ray Vaughan.
Greatest musician that took the world by storm ..and that's Stevie Ray Vaughan..the guitar and singing legend..Left the world too soon..RIP Stevie..were listening in 2020
I am 55 year's old, I fell in love with Stevie the 1st time I heard him on a jukebox, rainin down in Texas, me being from Dallas somehow changed my life forever, then along comes you tub, hearing & watching his body become one with his guitar, its as if he feels so intense, like bolts of electrical force's that though yes he enjoyed his jam sessions with his ideal's, he needs nothing to make him feel as good as he was. I hate when a split judgement a flight change took away the only Stevie Ray Vaughan. I'll never let him die in my heart, I love you Stevie every stick of clothing you we're. You are missed.
@SRVMusicVideo thank you!!! it was a great day in 1990, when i heard instep. i learned that i could be clean & sober & rock my ass off to the best performer of rock & roll-blues & soul ive heard in my lifetime !!!born 1961 i know he is with GOD in heaven.who gave him the talent to do the amazing entertaining that he did...i hate not getting to see him live.peace be with you.
The GREATEST !!!! Stevie had the WHOLE package,, his voice, his playing, but what put him above others is the FEELING he put into EVERY SONG !!!!! EVERY NOTE !!!! gets me SOOOOOoooooooo mad that the pilot didn't go another 200 ft higher to clear the ski hill !!! he FLEW IN,, knew how big the ski slope was !!!! SO STUPID !!! and Alpine Valley is SO HARD to drive in and out !!! its a traffic jam for hours !!! good planning when they built that place !!!! Missing Stevie every day !!!
This is SRV, playing his guitar with Double trouble.... What's not to like!!! I never new him, never even met him, but I still miss him... weird huh.. Thanks for posting SRVMV - just like the rest of the videos. Thank you....
SRV could seriously manhandle a Strat.......just like his idol & biggest influence, Mr. James Marshall Hendrix.........the world knew him as Jimi...... WE MISS YOU, SRV!!!!
+jws1272 Perhaps in stage style, but SRVs biggest musical influences were deeply rooted in the foundations of blues guitar. Albert King and Lonnie Mack Albert Collins, Lightening Hopkins, Guitar Slim, T-Bone, etc. Probably the same guys Hendrix would quote.
….to think a little less than 3 months later he’d pass on. Hard to believe it’s been 33 years the 27th. Stevie rockin’ with all the other guitar slingers we’ve lost.
Sorry for the incorrect, correction. You are correct though because I am from the UK and of course (rightly or wrongly) put the day before the month. I apologise for my misunderstanding.
William Pierce Hi Pat here, what's with u? U contact me, then ignore me, I don't know what ur doing but I don't much like it, please do not contact me again, thanks have a nice day.
RIP and long live Stevie Ray Vaughan (October 3, 1954 - August 27, 1990), aged 35

+Judd Austin I was hoping someone would correct him
True, Stevie's better than Hendrix though and that's the honest truth
Adrian Avila allow me to correct that comment - it's what you believe. People need to understand the difference between truth and opinion.
