I dont have the proper tools so I tried to use a screwdriver to open the back case but it won't budge even tho I took the screws out EDIT: I got fed up and broke it, it was a old tablet anyways
Sorry to hear that yeah, the tablet kinda older now and you can get a newer one cheaper than wasting your time on unless you really needed some I thing from it

I actually found it on eBay can’t remember price I just looked up model number and it poppped up
