Such a majestic mountain. I love the white sweet potatoes. They almost taste like caramel when roasted.
I just feel like everything in Japan is sooo aesthetic , the very touching part for me is just the simplistic view you guys shot inside the car, the view from the windsheild or the rear window was just soooooo cool, cozy, melancholy, and surreal. the ambience was perfect and everyone just seemed so relaxed and chill. it is just a such nice thing to experience even vicariously :)
I'm so happy that you visited Japan🇯🇵 We clap in front of a shrine to let the god know we are there and bow to show respect. There are several variations of this ritual depending on the god worshipped there, so it might be interesting to find out which way is recommended at each shrine next time you visit:)

Absolutely loving watching your travels in Japan. Ill be there end of Jan/early Feb for my third trip and this has given me all the Inspo to head to and hopefully see Mt Fuji for the first time (other than from a far from the train). In NZ we call sweet potato 'Kumara' xx

In India, the sweet patato is called "Shakarkandi" in Hindi. Your vlogs are really nice. I wish you keep travelling the world as long as you love to.
When you get in the van the first time, and the driver mention about Chureito pagoda, I know from his accent he is from the Philippines. He doesnt have a Japanese accent. 0:28

Is there a trick to eating street food? In Mexico I ate street food , I was sick for 5 days. I know, dont drink the water,no fresh food, make sure food is well coked, wash hands, any other suggestion to prevent Montezuma’s revenge?
A busy place (this means the food hasn’t been sitting around) and honestly luck. 2 years of full time travel and we have eaten all over India, Bangladesh, Southeast Asia etc in some questionable places and only 1 of us has had food poisoning - it came from a Hilton hotel room service 😂

Honestly, we drove past it and our guide pointed it out but it didn’t feel right to film it to me personally. It was pretty crazy being right there though.
