5 DUOS !!!?? Goddamn ! And here I was raving about trio boons (dynamic duos between 3 gods), you just casually dropped 5 of them !?? That's like a Greek Gods orgy ! (well, given Aphro and Zeus were thrown in the mix, I guess it checks out)
I do them quite often and they will be coming back soon! Just with these “build” videos I’m usually looking to stack 4-5 duo boons and a potential legendary or two so it’s too many things for a surface run
Great build and great video, what a beautiful seed ! Just one question I had, why would you take the staff for a build like that ? Seems like all the passive of its aspects are useless with the priming and as you said that most hammer are not great, so I was curious about that choice
@@Boat3d You're welcome ! There is no better reason to take a weapon than loving the feel of it, I was just wondering if I was missing something, I guess the aspect doesn't matter much as long as it applies blitz reliably
seen a couple of your videos and think you're quite good. i have a question though. Haelian says he doesn't like lethal snare but it seems like free damage for me (even better than pp) considering i always have a cast down; can you please elaborate on your position? thank you.
pp basically works for anything while lethal snare works for damage done to enemies by you in your cast, not cast damage. so while percentage wise better, pp will go of more times
I think it boils down to personal preference most times, situationally one may be better than the other, if you believe in lethal snare then believe in your self and take it! I’ll usually just take whichever one I see first, both are great and the margins between either one will not make or break your run
I think it's been reworked so that now, only the attacks get the crit chance in the cast. So no specials, nor god boons FX (like Blitz or Hephaestus blast, for example), only the raw damages from your attack (however attacks base damage % boosters are definitely counted). But I'll have to double check that.
Hey man, I'm having trouble getting duos and the gods I want in my runs, could you maybe do a guide or a video with tips on how to better your odds on what you want?
make sure you take the boons that "open the duo" (check via the codex) the queen arcana card gives better duo chance, and the mini boss rooms (each region has 1 indicated by the skull under the door reward) gives increased chance as well besides that its just down to luck! as for gods you can use their respective keepsake to see them, use location rolls on doors to try and see them or once again just get lucky

yeah its pretty generous any sort of dash/sprint will usually set it off
