In this video, we used dough from Whole Foods. Loved the flavor, it just needed a little TLC....

You absolutely saved me from throwing away the pizza oven. First time we used bagged dough we followed instructions on the bag and it was the chewiest crust we’ve ever eaten. We followed your video today and I prepped the dough balls at lunch, 5.5 hours later we made the most delicious pizza with the softest but crunchiest crust we’ve ever made at home.
    Thank you! Thank you!

After seeing your videos last March during the pandemic, I will never buy store brought pizza dough. I'll stick with your original recipe. But thanks for posting just the same

Right lol. Bought the dough past dinner time to avoid buying fast food and because I had all the other pizza ingredients. No time to wait 3-4 hours unless I want 2am pizza lol

Will this work with pre rolled pizza dough that the store folded in on itself that tears up while you try to unfold it? Like my local PUBLIX does 50% of the time? 😡 The one I just opened looks ok on top but the middle fold was twisted like a pretzel 🤦🏻‍♂️

yes, exactly. Remove that dough from the bag and ball it up. If it's a 1 pound bag, remove and divide in 2 and then ball it up...

if its frozen, do we have to defrost or just put the toppings and straight to oven

always let it defrost so that dough is pliable. usually about a 3 or 4 hour rest on the counter...

Why does my dough look like its breaking apart when i do this instead of being a nice smooth surface?

you need to be gentle. It could be sticking to your hands? Flour them up well...

Do you let the dough rest at room temperature or in the frig?

It looks like he's letting it rest at room temperature. I do the same and get better results than out of the fridge. Good luck!
