This review was extremely necessary for extreme metal drummers, thank you!

Incredible sound! Though I was hoping to hear blast beats with St. Anger sound (also known as wires off) 😆

Mmmmm, yes, I love my blast beats where every snare hit rings on into the next one 🤌

i'm using the Pearl JJ snare, and what i like about that snare is the overones.. it sounds so death metal old school from the 90's, but i'm buying a Tama Metal Works for Christmas, so let's see

At that price I would get the tempesta snare. Tempesta snare is brass and black nickel coated. Better value and looks in my opinion.

I have one arriving next week after many years of wanting it .... I have a Heavyweight Dry Evans Snare head that I wanna try with it and a regular heavy weight we'll see how they work with it

Would like to see your opinion on the Mapex Black Panther Sledgehammer snare drum. I always loved Lars' signature snare sound and would use one myself to blast if I could find and afford one haha. 🤘💀🥁

    800 for a snare? Thats not trve…

Put an Evans Hybrid head on that thing and it will sound like your blasting with an AK47 instead of a snaredrum. It's not a cheap head but will last much much longer than a normal snarehead and it blasts like nothing else

Sounds like if Hate Forest have their own organic drum sound. So, it's black metallish indeed.
