On our first date I straight asked what were his intentions and he claimed he was dating for potential as its been nearly a year since his last relationship but once I decided I didnt want anything serious, we agreed on something casual. SO TRUE!! They should learn from Breakfast Club, they post the entire interview online immediately after airing it. This is what made them a number 1 platform even though they are radio. And honestly these girl chat clips are what got most of us into the show, I have only seen it on tv a few times.
This may be a stretch but I think whoever runs the channel chops up girl chats and posts them so they can get more views at a time. For example if they post one 15 min girl chat that gets around 300K views as opposed to two or three part videos that get 300K each, it’ll mean that they get less views, less traffic to their channel and maybe less money from ads (I’m assuming). They’re obviously a successful show but sooner or later some fans will get annoyed to the point that they won’t tune in.

From the unwritten guidelines of the progression of a relationship known in the parts of where I'm from, you know if you like the person you're dating by the 3rd date and you make it clear on the 3rd date that you like dating them & then by the 5th date, you decide if you want it to be more & you let them know by the 5th date that you like dating them, you like being with them, & you have thought about being more. The 5th date, if the dates are in a weekly basis, would indicate having been dating for about a month & a half, because by the 6th week, on the 6th date, 3 months means girlfriend/boyfriend status. Those were the unwritten, unspoken, rules/guidelines where I was from. But it does depend on each individual within the courtship & the situation surrounding the courtship. For me, when I was dating, I made it known basically on the first conversation with the guy I was I terested in. I said that I was looking for a meaningful connection first & if the connection becomes romantic, then I will gladly pursue that & would prefer it to be a long meaningful relationship. Now it's 2 and a half years later together. 😊

Its actually very easy to get confused if both parties aren't honest and open from the beginning. I was dating a guy for a few months but we never said specifically what we were looking for and I didn't push it because I personally didn't know what I wanted at the beginning. However a month in he started introducing me to all of his friends, took me out with his family who came to visit and then had me as his date to his company parties. So here I am meeting and getting to know everyone in his daily life, we're being affectionate in front of all these people, so naturally I started to believe we were moving towards a relationship. I'm literally on the phone with this man helping him pick out BDay gifts for his mother when I decided to tell him how I was feeling for him to say, "I really like you and the time we spend together is genuine but I'm not interested in being in a committed relationship anytime soon." we talked about it but it continued that way anyway. we are still friendly/ talk sometimes but we are definitely not best friends anymore. I'm not saying that will happen to you because we had other issues between us as well, but I'm just saying sometimes you can be mature and upfront about your feelings and things still don't change.

I was very up front about dating to look for a relationship. Then once we know what the intention of the dating is then deciding on how we feel. From the unwritten guidelines of the progression of a relationship known in the parts of where I'm from, you know if you like the person you're dating by the 3rd date and you make it clear on the 3rd date that you like dating them & then by the 5th date, you decide if you want it to be more & you let them know by the 5th date that you like dating them, you like being with them, & you have thought about being more. The 5th date, if the dates are in a weekly basis, would indicate having been dating for about a month & a half, because by the 6th week, on the 6th date, 3 months means girlfriend/boyfriend status. Those were the unwritten, unspoken, rules/guidelines where I was from.
But it does depend on each individual within the courtship & the situation surrounding the courtship.
For me, when I was dating, I made it known basically on the first conversation with the guy I was I terested in. I said that I was looking for a meaningful connection first & if the connection becomes romantic, then I will gladly pursue that & would prefer it to be a long meaningful relationship. Now it's 2 and a half years later together. 😊

Its actually very easy to get confused if both parties aren't honest and open from the beginning. I was dating a guy for a few months but we never said specifically what we were looking for and I didn't push it because I personally didn't know what I wanted at the beginning. However a month in he started introducing me to all of his friends, took me out with his family who came to visit and then had me as his date to his company parties. So here I am meeting and getting to know everyone in his daily life, we're being affectionate in front of all these people, so naturally I started to believe we were moving towards a relationship. I'm literally on the phone with this man helping him pick out BDay gifts for his mother when I decided to tell him how I was feeling for him to say, "I really like you and the time we spend together is genuine but I'm not interested in being in a committed relationship anytime soon." Bruh I was confused asf! But that's how it is sometimes so we just live and we learn.
