I can t believe that Genshin is taking such a dark and scary turn. AND I LOVE IT! When I think about how innocent the beginning of the game was I can t believe im playing the same game. Love these plots and lore in general
You said that the fatui might not be able to face Celestia head on But they already have 5 gnoses and Pierro, Dottore, and Columbina have power “close to the gods” (canonically). I think they might try to make Celestia angry and try to fight them
This is a very good point. The main evidence for them possibly not being ready to face Celestia directly is that Dottore took Nahida's deal which could suggest it would be dangerous to do so, although it could be that he just wanted to buy some time to regroup with the other harbingers and make a plan first. It is also a bit early for a direct fight between them, but considering we're getting closer to Fontaine and Celestia is suggested to be directly above it now would be a good time to give us a taste of what's to come. I can't wait to see what happens!
Well, personally, I don’t think they are ready yet. The heavenly principles defeated the twins when they still had their powers. And I think nahida meant that they might have the strength of an archon or any other god, but they all answer and are under celestia. I think in fontaine celestia might make an appearance, but I don’t think the fight itself will happen until the snezhaya chapter (i spelt it wrong)

We don't really know who's in charge currently in Celestia or what exactly their powers are outside of the god of time, and the sustainer, so they might be too much to handle for the fatui right now. It makes me really curious as to how they plan on facing them later on.

unrelated i think but i feel like both times we saw scara he tried to convince us to see how unreasonable our journey was and honestly?? i think he’s right 😭😭 i’m sure that the path we take to find our sibling doesn’t matter. we just have to ‘reach the end of our journey’, or how i see it, uncover the truth of this world. so why do we have to pour ourselves into commissions and tasks from random people who don’t even help us in return?? i’m sure everybody has thought abt this but dawg if ur not gonna give me primos at least i refuse to help you with your thankless tasks. traveler should join fatui so we can find our sister faster cus i honestly think they’d hlep us more- also we didn’t even ever ask venti about our sibling so
@@NovaAsterim Probably because the traveler didn't unlock their true power yet, that would be like really meaningless to fight against not one but possibly more gods like heavenly principles when they couldn't really defeat one at their prime at this weaker version of them, it would be just like walking straight into danger without a plan, just what I think at least

i actually support your theory a lot! i think you'll be correct on a lot of things. i hope we see more of the fatui in game and something big to happen. after all, we are in the mddle of genshin's story so if a plot twist doesn't happen now, when? my personal theory is that the traveler's goals will change - now that we know we are a descendand, our priority will be why we are but our sibling is not?

She mentions at the end of the Inazuma archon quest that this may even lead to the traveler gaining a vision of their own. I can't wait to see how things develop from here!

The dream did happen but not literal, it was a premonition but metaphorical represented by colleis fear and also what Dottore did to her..makes sense why her dream went that way.. but nahida does wipes ruka corrupted remain and evidence of her existing..just symbolic but even if you're right and it's something that hasn't happened yet it can't be the interlude though, hear me out .. your evidence isn't evidence... The report Dottore gives in trailer about scaramouche on divine gaze and next move, the next move was about becoming a god. So the whole sneak peak happens right after Inazuma and before archon quest. While they're talking about scaramouche and their plans, collei, collei dreams of Dottore doing mischief literal... To say short. So when after the conversation with nahida and she giving up gnosis, Dottore being called by tsaristza is to of course give her the two newly acquired gnosis! Also why Colombiana can tease Dottore segment old and than asking about prime segment of his life while collei dreams of that segment... Sneaky hoyo .lol.. My guess the interlude is as you say harbinger related but if there is tree burning, most likely will be at the very last patch update and segment of archon quest not as an interlude but conclusion before heading to Fontaine. Bet such blasphemous crime will require divine justice ... Lol. Ps. The tsaritza... sorry..Btw we get a glimpse of her power in the trailer, she was also there, her power freezes corner of one of the flags in trailer and the whole coffin too, that's her power.
I gave a brief update on my thoughts about this theory in my analysis video for the version 3.3 trailer, if you're curious about what I think about this now, but to sum it up I do still think these events will happen in some form in the future, but just not yet. I feel as though 3.3 was the necessary event to get Scara on better terms with the Traveler, as I mentioned in this video, and now that he is and he even has a reason to fight Dottore, it's possible what I talked about might still happen in the future. Of course, it's just my speculation on this, and I could have just been wrong about the way we were supposed to interpret the interlude teaser. We'll just have to wait and see!

Also, this might be a bit of a reach, but in one of the promo videos for Sumeru that features the Abyss twin talking to Enjou, they did mention that they were waiting to see what the Traveler's impact on the desert is. This coupled with the fact that we still have some of the desert to explore, and many people seem to think that the big sandstorm in it is caused by a Celestial nail, which is similar to the chasm where we last met Dain, you might actually be onto something.
