One of the interactions that really made me like Enjou was during the Enkanomiya story quest when he got scared by a ghost. It added so much depth to his character. If his reaction was genuine, it opens up a new perspective on the Abyss Order-those creatures that all of Teyvat fears also have their own fears. And if he was faking it (which I doubt), it's still an interesting moment. Why suddenly commit to that act when you’ve been dropping hints throughout the world quest😭? He didn’t even hesitate to use his powers…if I remember correctly, even pea brained Paimon noticed how fast he was for a human.
I don't think anyone is really afraid of Abyss Order, usually those who mention them laugh at them or hate, like Jacob and Dainsleif. People are afraid of *ABYSS,* not a small organization (Abyss Order) consisting of cursed Khaenri'ahs using the power of the Abyss.
those are technically not ghosts but manifestations of the powers of Istaroth, or Tokoyookami in Watatsumi language. maybe that's why he got scared of them as he's not prepared in facing a shade if push comes to shove
Came for Enjou lore. But what actually drew me in was the constant mention of the name "Mare Jivari" - a land where even the Wind does not blow. The most notorious destination among adventurers. The place where Bennett was found abandoned, raising questions if he is from Natlan. This place was in our radar from back when the game was launched.
Bennett was not found in Mare Jivari, it's just a popular fan theory that doesn't even make sense if you read Bennett lore and Mare Jivari lore. We know that Mare Jivari is a place where even the wind does not blow and where there is eternal silence, the place where Bennett was found is the exact opposite of this, this is a place where there were incredibly powerful hurricanes and lightning, that is, the wind blows there and it is very loud.
That wouldn't make sense though. Correct me if i'm wrong, (didn't do the bedtime story quest), but isn't Surtalogi Vedrofolnir? And Vedrofolnir is Dainsleif's elder brother? Didn't that also confirm that the giant talking crystal was Dain's brother?

Just Imagine wht if.... Hmm, you didn't mention the part of Enjou making a report to Lumine about the Traveler. I thought that was very cute. As for returning NPCs, I would love to see Jeht return, preferably as playable, and Zhiqiong.
Maybe only for saurian and not people, I have a suspicion that saurian are related to phlogiston, which is the primordial form of elemental energy because the Traveler can morph into saurians instead of getting the pyro resonance power. If Enjou did revive the saurian then maybe he is very adept in manipulating elemental energy.
from what I understood, the saurian "Nana" was not implied to be dead, it jumped to the cliff and went missing, it actually fell to enjou who was happened to be there at that time (he was referring this saurian as bungee when he told the kids a story) it was infected by the abyss and kept under his custody for recovery until it finally recovered then he gave it back to the villagers
This is a cool theory. There is definitely something going on with this guy. Also I hope you like Capitano more after AC. I wasn't impressed in 5.0 myself, but at this point I kind of like him.
by the way, I do not know if leaks are allowed here, but . . . , , , , , . . . have you seen an event menu from version 5.2 and art of its main event? what do you think, this silhouette in flames belongs to Enjou or someone else? he will take part there
Speaking of wanting to see some NPCs coming back, I have some too and nobody ever mentions them. Yeah there are a lot of NPCs people wish would come back or become playable, which I agree with. They don't have to become playable, but at least an event where we meet them again would be enough. But nobody speaks about smaller NPC roles, like the kid in Inazuma who wanted to go on a World tour to look for his mother. A group of NPCs i just hope to see again are the Fatui NPCs that we rescued in the Great Chasm. When I saw the Natlan Trailer and noticed from Capitanos Voicelines that we are gonna team up with him in the Archon Quest, I was hopeful of meeting them again during a part of the storyline. Unfortunately that hasn't happened, so I hope that Hoyoverse has not forgotten them and that we are gonna meet them in Snezhnaya and that they are gonna help us out or maybe be our guides. Would be just a cool thing to have these NPCs who we helped out briefly long ago, to repay us when we are in the last of the seven nations.
I mean, we've already seen an Abyss Lector who was not part of the Abyss Order: Jakob, of the Narzissenkreuz Ordo. So there is a basis for this theory. I think whether someone is a Lector or not has nothing to do with the Order. I think people of a specific kind (which? IDK) can be transformed into abyss creatures when gone through a specific process (whatever Rene did to Jakob), and which creature depends on the person's... constitution? Will? Y'know, sorta like there normal people and vision-holders. Weaker people become Abyss Mages, stronger people become Abyss Lectors, etc. And it just HAPPENS that after the Calamity, most (pure blood?) Khaenri'ahns became Abyss creatures and joined the order (or something along those lines). Which means you don't have to be part of the order to be an abyss creature. So yeah, Enjou could be Surtalogi - or he could be anyone else like Jakob. But I like the former better.
the simple designed characters ( except Madame Ping) that no one give a f about and yet manage to inflict rejection and long lasting PTSD thanks to being literally forced on the players. Yes, i am looking at you mushroom quest, samsara quest and whatever the heck was that king slumber quest in the desert.
three gateways was like RIGHT AFTER Enkanomiya was added, so it's not hard to have mixed up the two ... also, he did technically already have his VA in the Enkan world quest, since all the Pyro Lector battle lines are voiced by Patrick Seitz, just like Enjou himself
I was exploring enkanomiya during 5.0 and I really want to know about this dude I open wiki and accidentally spoil my self who even expect that he will be in natlan???
I honestly think it would be more interesting if he's just a rogue clerk. I'm not saying he's not important, just that he's not (at the moment) super powerful. Doesn't mean he isn't working on 'something', and his relationship with fire sure is interesting. I think watching Enjou BECOME powerful, would be more interesting than him just being this powerful being already. Even more interesting is to see how he doesn't exactly follow the lead of the abyss order, he's just kind of doing his own thing -which suggests other lectors aren't FORCED to work for the abyss order, or something about him specifically is different. With the story of Natlan so far, I wonder if 'the abyss order' is NOT the same as 'the abyss'.

from what I understood, the saurian "Nana" was not implied to be dead, it jumped to the cliff and went missing, it actually fell to enjou who was happened to be there at that time (he was referring this saurian as bungee when he told the kids a story) it was infected by the abyss and kept under his custody for recovery until it finally recovered then he gave it back to the villagers
Unlike the Senate from star wars, it seems in his basedness, he cured her of abyss curse
hes in cahoots with Ronova, and Ronova "self pitied" herself into the abyss 💀
the homie friendly hood abyss lector Enjou 🤝
In terms of NPCs where tf did the Gourmet Supremos go? I got so hype seeing them in Sumaru and and havent seen them from 3.1.
At best, they might come back when Mt. Esus west is released... At worst, they might have been forgotten.
I see Enjou as a wild card.. A character that will be always full of surprises
I have a theory that Enjou Sanka will join the Hexincircle and ordered the abyss mage to get him volumes of The Princess and The Six Pigmies
Yoo Enjou is coming back in a 5.2 event.
He's always looking in places to do with the ancient dragons/dragon people.... his motives are starting to become a bit clearer.
This is a cool theory. There is definitely something going on with this guy. Also I hope you like Capitano more after AC. I wasn't impressed in 5.0 myself, but at this point I kind of like him.
Capitano is quite literally an NPC
Honestly all characters should be voiced. If cdpr can do it, hoyo can do it with their gacha trillions
So in the 5.2 event spiritscroll seeking, he actually made another appearance. He was searching for the mare jivari. He also had another new name.
Do yall remember the small video from the 2nd anniversary which had lumine and enjoy together?
Yes, Enjou. And the entirety of Enkanomiya 💯💯💯
by the way, I do not know if leaks are allowed here, but

have you seen an event menu from version 5.2 and art of its main event? what do you think, this silhouette in flames belongs to Enjou or someone else? he will take part there
Yay more content on Enjou, Im glad he is getting more attention both in game
Enjou is the best character in Genshin.
Genuinely makes 90% of the current roster look like cheap cardboard cutouts.
I though bugi jumping was when she jumped of the cliff landing on Sanka and he healed her, not that she went to the night realm
If enjou was beyond the abyss order, why was he conversing with the twin?
Is it just me or Hoyo intentionally hinting Abyss lector is actually an angel ( Enjou) ?
Wait Enjou wasn't voiced the first time? I could have sworn he was.
You were confusing the three gateways event for his first appearance
three gateways was like RIGHT AFTER Enkanomiya was added, so it's not hard to have mixed up the two
... also, he did technically already have his VA in the Enkan world quest, since all the Pyro Lector battle lines are voiced by Patrick Seitz, just like Enjou himself
I highly doubt Enjou is Surtalogi because we know the Sinners are all Khaenri'ahn thanks to Dain. And Enjou/Sanka doesn't have the star shaped pupils
I was exploring enkanomiya during 5.0 and I really want to know about this dude
I open wiki and accidentally spoil my self
who even expect that he will be in natlan???
Well, leaks say Madame Ping gonna be playable. But rha is not gonna be granny😢
would definitely love more Jeht in Sumeru thats for sure. Enjou is meme.
WHAT IF.... ENJOU IS ACTUALLY THE SINNER DAINSLIEF BROTHER IN DISGUISE. KIND OF LIKE OBITO.
i missed him
Dendro needs support ,
Most neglected element after cryo 😫😫😫
Are saurians and vishaps the same
Npc this npc that WHERE IS SKIRK😫😫
Crack theory: Enjou is Chaac
Enjou migth be the Sage of the Stolen flame?
But the sage was a Dragon so is unlikely. Unless he's in disguise as a abyss lector that disguises as others.
@@Dinofrogg lectors Changing shapes is already something unheard of outside him .
Him being a disguised dragon would also explain why the Abyss trust them , after all, it was Nibelung who brougth them too theyvat and dragons were always linked to it
@@doragonzx yeah but the timeline doesn't match up because enjou is kaenriahn from 500 years ago and the sage is already around thousand years before that. So yeah enjou most unlikely not the sage😅
@@andizulfan842500 year ago, it happen before or same time with archon war
@@vietcuongnguyenle8530 yeah the sage is already around at the time archon war so theory about enjou is the sage in disguise is unlikely
What about Kazari
I think enjo would be the perfect Npc for the story evil or not 😅
Lower bgm music. Messes with ur narration.
Stop coping with Ruu he is gone..😭😭
walking pile of codes 😂😂
When you think about it after 5.1 AQ... hehehe
Zhi Qiong💀
It would be fun if NPCs could be playable like 3* characters maybe that you could get in game, they could be weak but free
I would build a whole team around jeht
Enjou had more voice lines than certain playable characters.
It will be a shocking plot if they review Enjou is responsible for the destruction of Capitano’s home land.😢😢😢
When did enjou has endeavor's voice
Well aranara and sorush were in the event! No jeht though :(
YIPPEE
He's kinda funny actually, pathetic 😂
