As long as the accusations can be verified as false, she needs to be charged for making them. It’s not strange many women lie about abuse and are rarely held accountable.
My ex would say she's scared of me, while screaming and pushing me in the middle of the street lol. I wasn't scared of her as she's exceptionally weak physically so I knew while she was pushing me and screaming in my face I was safe. My first gut instinct thought was HE called 911 because he knew it would be recorded. Just because someone cheats in a marriage doesn’t mean they’re entitled to not get anything. Geez she gave up work and was a full-time mother that was a full-time job, and now he wants to rob her of everything and leave her completely destitute and forbid her from seeing her children. Just because she cheated? That sounds psychotic an abusive to me! He was angry and he was punishing her.
Time will tell who’s the real culprit here but I gotta say my first got instinct of hearing his calls DELIBERATELY RECORDED were so calm so collected so calculating so intentional - it just really seemed well rehearsed and planned like a long game PLOT if bitter revenge from his side.
Furthermore, she didn’t necessarily want to go on a date with her boyfriend VIA, their private airplane ffs!! She wanted to go and have the vacation with her children. And he was refusing to give her that because he was angry with her!! he refused to let her have shared a vacation with her children, and he was keeping her children from her!! Her seeing her children meant travelling together on the airplane, but staying at separate places. The fact that she may or may not have been seeing someone there was NOT relevant she could’ve been just staying at ANY different premises. He just refused to let her have a vacation with her children, and he knew that he would that he would keep them away from her.
Never seen so many better angry, jaded, jealous comments on a court case that is still being investigated in my life!! Which makes me think that maybe he had some PR trolls to say some things online to try and sway public opinion.
But at least I am real and genuine enough to say I don’t know that is my perception I could be wrong the rest of you just automatically wanna hate and blame her. The reason he’d call 911 instead of them is simple. 911 calls are automatically recorded and you can get a verifiable time stamp. If he’d just called the Sheriff’s office there would be no such record unless the sheriff’s office specifically hit record on the call, saved the recording and extracted it before it was automatically deleted. There are multiple reasons it’s set up this way all of which were decided upon by the Sheriff’s office. Just wanted to add context to this exact situation.

That's just the grandma why wouldn't she pull over and give the kids to their mother that's where they were supposed to be it had been a day or hours and she was supposed to pick them up and they were avoiding her to try to make her look crazy. If you actually look at her story she's literally messaging her and calling 911 herself saying that her mother-in-law is avoiding giving her her children. So she was following her but doesn't want to like have any issues around the children.

I understand you never know what goes on behind closed doors but I've been in a very toxic relationship and believe me, you don't get to fly off to holiday homes solo, you don't take multiple partners - you don't dare dream of sneaking another man into the home! And yes, all you basically do is try and keep the peace, it doesn't work but omg do you try and this woman is still insisting on living with him, wanting to go on holidays with him rather than running for her life now that she has the chance. And an abusive partner would never divorce you unfortunately let alone be the first one to initiate it. Thankfully my ex wasn't good at anything and that included stalking me, he was not the sort to put any effort into anything so thankfully once I got away it wasn't hard to stay away from him. Some people will basically just never stop until they find you and you have to basically go into witness protection to get away and you never feel safe.
