  • In November 2015, Amy Vilardi, visibly distressed, spoke on television about finding her mother and three family members murdered in South Carolina. Accompanied by her stoic husband, Ross Vilardi, she insisted they were innocent. However, her assertions would later become ironic as events unfolded.

I keep going back and forth on this issue... good or bad? My husband brokered a business purchase years ago and the buyer showed up with over $100,000 in cash. I guess she may have been siphoning it off of one of her retail businesses so she didn't have to report it but I would think it would eventually catch up with you.

Can't believe it took eight years to arrest these two. And just because they didn't flee during that whole time doesn't mean squat. In fact, that would make them look more guilty than they already do. I'm sure they thought if they weren't immediately -- or soon after the murders... say within three months -- arrested, they weren't going to be.
Hope justice will eventually be served for these four poor souls. How awful!

How the hell did it take 8 YEARS to arrest?? Granted, I am basing my opinion solely off of the facts shared in this video. So if this video shares ALL publicly released facts for both prosecution & defense, then it’s absolute insanity that it took so long for justice to fall! I honestly struggle to understand the state of the world these days. I wish those who loved these 4 people all the love, support & strength. The hole left from losing them will never go away, but getting the much deserved justice love & support will make that hole seem just a little smaller. Grieve their loss as much & as long as you need, but always remember the good as that will keep the memory of them bright in your heart & mind.

When my father died of natural causes, the police took all his guns. He had been a Park Ranger and could carry a gun, but I don’t have a handgun permit and this is NY, so they just took our guns and gave us nothing in return.
Perhaps these two were smarter than I was and they grabbed all the things the police would confiscate because you know the police would decide that lots of cash would have to go with them for some reason… that’s the only reason I have any doubts.

We are constantly told not to have prejudices against gypsies, against muslims right out from the mountains of Afghanistan or the deserts of Somalia or against people living in trailers with arms stamped with tattoos. And yes, generalizing is not fine for those who have nothing to blame themselves for. Yet... Sometimes it is not really a mystery how all these prejudices were born. It's not that they are completely frivolous. Often, not always there is fire where there is smoke.
