I have 14 machines including sergers, embroidery etc. Now I am looking at these!! LOL I need to quilt my own quilts. It is confusing when you have no idea what your looking at. All I know is I want to quilt my own quilts!!!!
I got personal attention and a call tweet etc from Nathan and he gave me a new true stitch and I messed up not them! Iam about to order the 15 Pro and I really hope the good faith continues because I’ve read a lot of negative comments about customer service and about the tension problems. However, in a thing like a longarm it’s not just plug and play! People go out and think oh that looks easy let me get a longarm! It doesn’t work like that! Expect you are going to have tension issues! It’s a given. It’s extremely rare to not have tension issues! The best machine on the market in HQ or gamill etc…are going to need tension adjustments. Just because someone can afford to purchase something doesn’t mean they need it!
Started with the SR2 frame and a Juki TL2100. I moved up to the 15R and put it on the SR2 frame. This setup works great for me. And I still love the Juki for piecing, assembling and binding the quilt top.
I just got my 15R set up but when I try to wind the bobbin it doesn't connect with the winder. It is threaded correctly, bobbin is the right size and I did push the winder to the bobbin. It spins but doesn't connect with the bobbin. Any ideas on how to adjust the winder so it connects?
Hello Linda, You will still need to wind the bobbin with thread to get it started before the bobbin winder can fill the bobbin. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our tech support team at 800-264-0644 extension 3002. If you have any other questions let us know. Have a good rest of your day!
I'm curious if the 21 would technically fit the qzone hoop frame just without being able to utilize its full potential. Meaning, if I purchased the 21, and then upgraded to a more appropriate frame afterwards. I hope that makes sense. Thank you!
Hi Eric, Yes the the Q'nqiue 21 would work on the Q-Zone Hoop frame but you would lose quilting space. I also want to give you a heads up on an upcoming promotion that may include a free frame:) So please keep an eye on our promotions on www.graceframe.com.
My 15R had rain fall on it during Hurricane Laura. It was covered with a quilt so it wasn’t pounded by rain. The wheels and encoders have rust forming. Will the ball bearings also rust?
I have found that checking with local dealers is a joke. Most of them, from my experience, either don't know anything about the product, won't order it anymore, or give you wrong info. I would imagine this really affects your sales.
Just getting mine set up. Got it for my Anniversary. Grace15r, with rear handles bars, and lazers. 8 foot Dream frame.
