I have put this Q-Zone Hoop-Frame together by myself. It has been fairly easy but My biggest problem in assembling the machine has been the attaching the channel locks on the carraiges and although I have looked at the picture instructions very intently. I have not quite got them working. I am printing the screen apply to the carriage channel locks now. I will let you know what happening later. I also did not get a handle brace like the one shown at time 4:48. on the video. I love this quilting frame! It fits perfectly in the space I need it. Thank y'all for creating this!
bluzfan190 I also had the same problem with the carriage locks, also the wheels would not come off, had to bring top carriage to Handyman to heat & remove. The locks I must say a nightmare. The assembly could be a lot more helpful with more details & camera show with no hands in the way. The frame is good & solid, if only easier to assemble.
I agree with this situation. The channel lock on the top plate is a puzzle. I can't determine a way to adjust the nut with an Allen wrench. Also, the leveling feet nuts won't move to adjust the height. I'm assembling by myself as well. I hope soon that I can get this figured out. Good Luck to All of us. :-)
@@bluzfan190 On my Top Plate there is a white steel tube (like the rest of the handle set-up) that connects the right and left handles, Not the plastic brace.
To adjust those leveling feet she is clearly using 2 different nuts. I can't get either nut to budge and the 13mm wrench won't fit. I'm wondering what to do. Anyone ?

I don't think there is a handle brace. My Q-zone hoop frame didn't have one, either.
