Yes logics stock plugins are really good packed with lots of features. Many people overlook them. Thanks or sharing your favorite plugins. This was a very thorough video.
My favorite Logic plugin has to be Phat FX. There are so many features that it’s essentially a channel strip that has a lot of additional features and routing flexibilities.
many people don't give logic enough credit there's so much you can do with just stock. I love videos like this I used to have to cut on help and hover over to see what everything does thanks for this.🙏
This video was very helpful, I'm going to have to try some of these. My favorite and probably most used plug-in is probably the spreader. It's not a big plug-in, but it changes so much and makes the track sound so much bigger.
Cool tips💞! By the way, you can have "EQ Saturation" as a parallel bus and add color to the instruments depending on the section of the song. The same goes for Phat FX saturation modules. It will obviously take time to find a nice balance and appropriate type of saturation for your particular mix - but the outcome .... mmm a much thicker and juicier mix
@@NoizeLondon It depends on soOooo many factors because before you reach for any saturator/compressor to add as a parallel processor it's good to know what your end goal is. More punch, or less harshness, or is it about the weight of low mids you are concerned about? ... to name a few: I love the sound of Saturn's tubes combined with a tastefully dialled envelope generator on Drums and Ozone Exciter on Dual Triode on synths ...
I love ringshifter. It is so underrated yet so powerful. I love to use it to add some sauce in my production. There are plenty more but this one is one of my favs 😊
One every single project I use Multimeter stock plugin at the end of my master chain. And hey, thanks for showing Robo Flanger. I’m gonna definitely try it. For some reason I missed this one 😂.
Comment down below with what your favourite Logic Pro X plugin is 🎛👇

Love layering this with some of the other synths in Logic - what's your fave for bass?
The gain stock plugin is my favorite, I automate it instead of the main track fader.

Have you ever add your own IRs?
My favorite Logic plugin has to be Phat FX. There are so many features that it’s essentially a channel strip that has a lot of additional features and routing flexibilities.
Why do they hide it so much though?
Soft Clipping tip is excellent! I didn’t know about that. Thank you 👍

Are you using this on the master bus?
@@NoizeLondon No, just on specific instruments. I just like the surround feel.

Great tip - parallel distortion is such an underrated technique :) Do you use any other 3rd party plugins for the same effect?

I currently love using the Vintage tube EQ :D
Another Tape Delay plugin trick; set the delay time very small, add some modulation and mix about 50% for tape flanging.
Ouuu love this one! Thanks so much for sharing !!
I love ringshifter. It is so underrated yet so powerful. I love to use it to add some sauce in my production. There are plenty more but this one is one of my favs 😊
Oh... never really used that... what are you putting on?
One every single project I use Multimeter stock plugin at the end of my master chain.

Phat FX is always on my master to add that bit of soft saturation
Chromaverb - like the visualiser and sounds un-natural when wanted and natural when not.
PHAT FX is a good plugin and works awesome 👌🏾
Good stuff
It's not the tools it what you do with them! (Even if they don't want you to use them that way) 😉
Greta video man 🔥
What is the instrument you are using with Phat FX? It sounds like some sort of bass???
Is there a pedal in logic pro that's an equivalent to Gorilla Drive by safari pedals?
