it was the first day of the winter holidays for me (australia too) and i got the news while scrolling through a discord channel. I didnt have my earphones w me so i had to bear the video playing while it was on mute, still a year later i havent found the courage to rewatch with volume. At that time i was a bit new to the dream smp stuff (not that active anymore) so while i did not experience a similar amount of grief to others, i still was very sad knowing a random, friendly and funny guy on the internet i watch, i will never hear his laugh again. I only wish happiness to those who were deeply affected by his death. Love the art + music btw
For me, it was two weeks after my first breakup, and the same day we found out that we had to move out of our apartment by the end of the month. I had only seen the video a mere half hour before my mom came in and told me to pack up my things to visit my best friend who lives where we were planning to move to; whom I hadn't seen for 6 months. It felt unfair. That I was able to see my best friend when Techno's friends couldn't... And after moving practically across the entire country, there was nobody I could talk to about my grief who I knew would understand. So... I just held it in. All the way up until a month ago. It was the hardest I've ever cried in my life. But... it's okay now. I don't need to hold it in anymore. I don't feel like I'm alone in my grief anymore. We're all going through this together. Love you guys

I had to wait fifteen minutes till I can watch it during break, when I did I stop working, I don’t remember if u study that day, I remember crying little with my head rested on my arms, some students noticed and thought i was tired. When I was in the car with my mom, I said someone I cared about and looked up too died recently, she was never someone I look for comfort, not like she was capable of giving any, and I was right because she said “that’s why you have to eat healthy lo” she’s Asian so she had the accent. I was so mad at her that the best she can give to someone feeling grief was commen eating advice. His death stills hits me hard,his videos reminded me oh how he was gonna make more anymore so l stop watching cuz it hurts too much, it took me a month to barely recover, but I used his passing to motivate me for my studies, he gave more determination then anything, till this day I can feel the sorrow and pride of knowing how technoblade affected me, he was a king that deserved his crown and knows the smiles he spread and lessons he taught. similar situation i heard the news and one of my classmates, i would consider a person i knew, they were genuinely concerned if i was ok. I didnt want to let myself on the verge of tears, but they saw my lip quiver i told my mum at the shops, her response wasn’t much, she tried to sound devastated for me. this one is more personal, so i told my friends on discord, two of them had no social cues and i was just so mad that i left the server (one of them is way more better now, and one of the closest i got, they learnt from their mistakes and i joined again) i met new moots who were also a source of which i can relieve my grief and have fun

Technoblade was an amazing person and I had wished I watched his content sooner. But at any rate we all have to accept that he is gone but not forgotten. As technoblade once stated. “If I could have lived 1000 lives. I would have chosen to be technoblade all over again”. And if I could have lived 1000 lived I would watch him all over again. TECHNOBLADE NEVER DIES!!!

Just don’t stop doing something simply because something bad happened. The scars will heal, trust me. Love isn’t a curse or a burden or a bad omen, so why be afraid of it? Just love.
