I think the girl did better because she made up her own stuff and improvised some very interesting ideas. All Vitalij did was play certain parts of songs written by classical composers like Beethoven, Chopin and Mozart. She also put more into the actual playing than in theatrics.

Nothing wrong a with a little showboating when you're that good.
What the girl played was boring and she had no personality on stage. Vitalij did what he was supposed to do. He entertained the audience by playing songs they recognized and putting on a show at the same time as showing off his massive talent.
Jens isn't as fast as he used to be. It would still be an awesome duel though
