I think the biggest reason people have issues printing flexible materials is because they have the feed rate up way too high or left retraction on/on standard settings.

Yeah... i bet he printed it with the back on the bed then printed the support material separate and then put the cover on top of the support material, glued it down and viola! No way that support material separated so easily. You cannot use tpu supports for tpu (without some in credibly sharp blades).

Sovol is an idex printer, so he could used a pla interface layer on the support.

I don't (usually) suck at 3d print, and speed is not much of a factor if adhesion is good.
I got similar result with increased Z-distance and with 92A TPU but not with softer one yet

Everytime I start the "Auto Z-align" the printer starts moving, stops and the display shows "Driver error: PRINTER HALTED please reset". I already installed the latest firmware from a new micro-SD-card, but i never got farther than the Auto Z-align

@@whynotbuildit I mean whenever I print TPU I design my parts to be support-less.. When printing with the right temp settings, aiming for strong layer adhesion, support material bonds too well and makes the parts ugly or useless. So maybe that material doesn't have the best layer adhesion, your temps are low, or you've dialed in the z distance of your supports to provide minimal bonding... could also be that your part cooling is better than mine or the slow speed of the print increased cooling effectiveness.
