QOTD: Charge potency being a new mechanic is rather interesting and I wonder how proper powerful it'll be if they incorporate it into more charge characters in the future. In general I think W Outis is gonna be really fun and looks REALLY solid animation wise. Very excited to use her. Der Schutze Heathcliff looks like it's gonna be Rabbitcliff's best friend, making him actually mildly useful in longer fights if you can sustain the EGO price and stuff. I don't know how useful it's gonna be in GENERAL but it might be alright
