There’s some more context to the Mega Zeraora thing Basically the plan for the anime is that Lucius has his 6 Hero Pokemon that the team has to catch But after the timeskip they have to catch his wife’s 5 Hero pokemon, one of which will be Zeraora (since it was originally even planned to be a hero pokemon) The shiny Zygarde & shiny Rayquaza were meant to be Rakua’s guardians with Zygarde being its watcher & Rayquaza using the weather to project it
If I had a nickel for every time a Zygarde form was first shown in the anime, I would have 3 nickels which isn't much but weird that it's happened thrice
