Greece isn't an archipelago but there is a Greek Archipelago. There are thousands of islands that are technically all part of the country of Greece. You could even do DLC 1 be Kefalonia and the islands to the left of the mainland, and DLC 2 be Cyprus

Technically, Mable was just Centro's guess about Khu's tweet. There are about 3 options that can come from the codenames into character name. Mable is closest tie to kalos. Most people are speculating that gen10 is Greece, because it's an archipelago... but Ttar just said Greece isn't an archipelago... The 30th anniversary of the pokemon franchise is in 2 years from now in 2026. They could release the gen 10 games on the 30 the anniversary. Making Gen 9 four years long. Just like the release gen 7 on the 20th anniversary back in 2016. Plus we also don’t want a repeat of scarlet and violet’s release. Which is why we don’t have a game this year. They need to just release legends z-a next year and focus on that and then release gen 10 the year after.
