Was about to say. I feel like his knife skills arent the greatest. That beef tongue kinda got demolished by the way he cut it. I cried a little when he cut up the ribeye and used 85% of it as trimming.
Never mind that this "meal" probably costs more that two months salary or that is it almost laughably pretentious in it's presentation, what is truly troubling is the utterly obscene amount of waste in it's preparation. Shame on every last one involved 😠😡🤬
