After reviewing the slides at cttp.uark.edu/online-training/concrete.php,
I see that cyclinders are stored in a water bath, while beams must be stored in a lime bath.

Thank you. Is it filled in two layers with concrete in this mould size?

That is correct. For rodding, A 4x8" cylinder is filled in two layers. A 6x12" cylinder is filled in 3 layers.
