@@HowTasty Hi Valentina! I tried them for breakfast today and they were so delicious! Parmigiano reggiano made them smell and taste so good!! Sadly i didn't take a picture because I was in a hurry and my family ate them all 😅 I'll definitely make this again but I might add some herbs. Thank you for the recipe 💕

Ciao Valentina, Come Stai.? Call Guinness world record for largest Gnocchi ever made 😂. Definitely a new way to serve potatoes. I was glad to see your "syrup" was marinara. I recently saw a video on RUclips where someone took cooked Ramen noodles and mixed them into an omelette then cooked them on the waffle 🧇 iron. It was also very interesting and looked delicious. I already know what your potatoes taste like because I have seasoned my potatoes that way many times, minus the flour. But I will add flour when I waffle my potatoes. I'm getting a few new appliances next week, I will have to add a waffle maker to that list. I don't have far to go to shop, I live over a restaurant supply store. I'm very fortunate to be able to get myself some new appliances. I'm getting some countertop stuff like a blender, small deep fryer, toaster and now a waffle maker. No major appliances. I came into a little extra $$$. I would love to go shopping for kitchen stuff with you, just the thought of it has put a smile on my face. With a little more egg and flour could you have made Gnocchi with the waffle mix.?? I am going to be making Gnocchi soon, I just got some cans of San Marzano tomatoes, certified, and I want to get fresh ingredients to make my sauce not dry herbs 🌿 or spice. Respect the tomatoes. How much potatoes did you use?
I suggest to use a kitchen scale, potatoes could be larger or smaller. Happy cooking ❤️
