it's a fantastic place to raise them actually, sorry to burst your close-minded bubble. It's incredibly safe and has a ton of stuff to do and is also very cosmopolitan. As long as you can afford it and can deal with the climate.

@Benazir Fernandes how much time have you spent in real Dubai. Cheaper than most countries and you can always spend and live like a king too. It gives you options to love in a frugal manner or live a lavish lifestyle. Choice is yours and I'm guessing you haven't soent much time there
