I tried talking him into harder lines but "i have to drive home" is a lame excuse. He's gonna have to learn that problems like that are later problems, right now the problem is driving up cool stuff!
Its not throwing any MAF codes, after doing a bunch of wrenching since this video I've concluded my 255L/ph Walbro pump is pushing 51psi into my fuel rails and it should be only 34psi. New regulator couldn't step it down enough so I have a new 155Lph fuel pump coming that will hopefully bring the fuel pressure back into spec and then I'll go from there.
Make sure all your ground wires in your engine bay are good my Toyota had a broken block to body ground and it was running weird wouldn’t pass smog until I found out the ground was broken that fixed it and it passed smog no problem that was an 84 pickup
Grounds are all good, I've since concluded I'm pushing way too much fuel (aftermarket everything) so I have a new smaller fuel pump coming that hopefully brings it back into spec which will help the ECU not be so confused!
@ that pretty weird on Toyotas if you have too much fuel coming in the fuel regular will just send the extra fuel back to the tank do the Nissans do it differently
Ive got a back log of footage filmed so I just have to find the time to edit it all, going to keep trying my Friday drops as usual. My goal is a lot more Pathmaker video this year!
@PathmakerProductions Have heard editing is time consuming and sometimes tedious. Just re-watched the video w/ the sapling through the windscreen band-aid, the funny mishaps have the best comments. Take it easy, and rev the Fat Girl too the stratosphere!
Check if your idle air control valve is all dirty and bunged up from flippin it May just need to be cleaned out , throttle positioning sensor aswell …. How dirty it’s the MAF??
MAF definitely had some oil in it hahaha I believe its fuel pressure related tho, my 255L/ph walbro is pushing 51psi into the rails and my FPR can't handle that. So I have a new smaller fuel pump coming that should bring it back into the 34psi spec and I'm hoping that makes a difference, if not I can at least check fuel pressure off my list of possible issues.
My IACV is new(ish) and it doesn't throw a code. I've concluded its a fuel pressure issue, I have way too much pump and am pushing 51psi into the rails where it only calls for 34psi so hopefully the new pump I have arriving this week will fix some of the issues.
hell ya... glad to see the old Thiccccc girl out doing stuff, check and clean all your grounds most the time with odd wiring issues its a ground problem
I believe its a fuel pressure problem, I have too much fuel pump so I have a new pump coming and I'll see how it runs when the pressure is back in spec.
Stoked to see the pathmaker back in action even if she’s still not running the best
That windshield being gone made the whole video
point of veiw fancy car wheelin. awesome
GOOD TIMES!! 🤙 😎
New Kevin for the win. Damn them cherokees

love the videos! saturdays are for the bois!!!
I would guess MAF sensor or you have a hole in the intake hose causimg the idle issue.
First thing I thought of was a dirty MAF

Maybe a bad IAC valve under the manifold I had a bunch of idle problems from that stupid thing

Ahh sweet lullaby of the pathmaker revving to the moon
The windshield mod is first rate!
Modern solutions for modern problems!
Thumbs up automatically
My man!

Rear steer in path maker!!!
Just gotta start saving all the trail soda cans and setting up shop behind the dumpster at Wendys to pay for it!
tps short at idle posititon

My guy i would like to help.
Could be the intake gasket my Chevy does that
My dude needs a fancy car
Fancy car dreams on a leaf spring budget. Share my vidyas, maybe one day I can afford it!
